The Space:
Spend a sun-drenched summer at our home in Harwichport where youā€™re bound to soak up memories youā€™ll remember forever! Just a 2-3 minute walk to a neighborhood beach (follow Central Ave right to the water) and centrally located for day trips to Provincetown, Falmouth, or the Islands (Freedom Cruise Line is less than two miles away and can get you to Nantucket within 80 minutes!)

Return home after a day venturing around Cape Cod and cool down in the Central A/C. Kickback in the Sun Room and watch TV or catch a few more golden rays on the patio in the backyard. Pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy it at the high top overlooking your kids playing outside or take it into the main room for a quiet sip at the Kitchen Island. Cook up a traditional broiled lobster or grilled fish dinner in the modern yet compact kitchen (featuring all stainless steel appliances). Eat with your family at the adjacent dining table or outside underneath the sunset. Digest dinner and admire Cape Cod after dark by taking a walk along the beach or head over to Main Street Chatham to explore the shops and bars (shop local and support Cape Cod brands like Mahi Gold and Harding Lane).



At the end of the night retreat back to our Boho Beach home (that comfortably sleeps up to six). Travel up the stairs to find two of the three bedrooms. Get lost at sea in the Master Bedroom with its alluring deep blue palm leaves accent wall and driftwood Queen Bed. Have private access to an en suite Half bathroom, and a closet for storage. Across the hall is the 2nd bedroom harboring two Twin beds-- stylized in a Boho-Chic fashion with gold furnishings, fixtures, and wall decor. Outside the door is a Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower. The final bedroom is on the 1st floor in the front of the home-- minimalist in style and accommodating two more twin beds. There is a third (half) bathroom off of the 1st floor that also holds the Washer/Dryer.



Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, outdoor shower, gas grill, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest. If youā€™re looking for local dining options, be sure to check out some of our favorites like The Port (for Raw Bar delights, Live Music, and Outdoor Games), Ember Coal Fire Pizza & Wings (for casual dining and outdoor seating), and Sundae School Ice Cream (for a famous Hot Fudge Sundae). In addition, youā€™ll be within walking distance to a lively night scene including restaurants, live music, and more-- 3 Monkeys Sushi, Perks Beer Garden, and the Mad Minnow are sure to become fast favorites! Nicely updated and clean property. New furniture - beds are low to the ground FYI for older guests. Also, no dressers so the expectation is to live out of your suitcase or only bring items that can hang in a closet. One bedroom doesnā€™t have a closet or dresser. Other than that - great location, close to the beach, all working amenities.

Nice place - expensive for what you get

The cost of this house is pretty steep for only having one full bathroom. There is a living room, but it has no AC and is actually a converted sunroom. There are 3 bedrooms, but my teens said the beds in the upstairs were like sleeping on plywood and they had to move to the main floor bedroom (which is a converted front porch with no AC). Overall, it was clean and had a very convenient location, but pretty expensive for what you truly get.

A walk to town and a walk to the beach, this property had it all for our family. Updated and comfortable decorations and furniture, linens and towels, grill, kitchen with everything you need, outside shower, and nice patio made the time at the house very enjoyable. The great service for easy check-in, check-out and communication with issues (we didn't have any) was much appreciated.

Cute Harwich home with a great location to beach & town

It was great to ditch the car for the week! Easy walk to beach & lovely neighborhood for dog walking. Enjoyed the many restaurants & shops just a few blocks away. Home was comfortable for our family of 4 & had all the necessary amenities.

Great, walkable property

Walking distance to everything. Clean, beautiful house. Only complaints are minor issues with listing accuracy and the cleanup/checkout process. 1. The primary listing photo is an image of the beach, leading you to believe that the house isā€¦on the beach. It is very close but a few blocks off. Wasnā€™t an issue for me but that was a bit misleading. The listing also says there are 2 offsite parking spots and not to park in the street. There may be a room for 2 golf carts but there was no way we could fit two vehicles in there. 2. If you are going to charge a cleaning fee it is crazy to then demand that your guestsā€¦clean the whole house. Taking out the trash, bagging linens, cleaning counters etc. When you compound that with a 9am checkout time, it make for a pretty bitter final day at the house. These are my nitpick complaints. It really was a great house and I highly recommend it.

Sweet and Pristine beach cottage!

Exceptionally lovely dog friendly cottage within walking distance to beach. Stayed here for a sistersā€™ weekend are in October. Terrific communication with Del Mar property staff. Only thing we didnā€™t like was lack of shades or curtains in kitchen windows, which we brought to managerā€™s attention. Housekeeping for this property deserves a huge bonus! Look forward to renting this gem again.

Great place for a weekend trip!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend. Very cute neighborhood just a quick walk from the beach. Only issue was that the code did not work to get in, but the property management team was quick to find a solution. Would stay here again if we're ever in Harwich again!

Walkable location, perfect family summer spot

The house was meticulous and as advertised for the photos. Location is a prime spot to walk to Ocean Ave beach. My only somewhat negative feedback is that for the price of the rental, there were oddly no dressers or drawers to put your clothes in any of the 3 bedrooms. It was nice to have a small closet in the master bedroom to hang clothes as well as a small hanging rack in the guest room, but as a family of 4, we all had to keep our folded clothes in our suitcases all week which was not ideal. Iā€™d recommend being open about that since we had to keep everything in piles in the suitcase. The yard is very cute with outdoor lighting ambiance.
