This home named "Beki Ha Ha" is just steps from Beautiful Nantucket Sound with a private beach and landing to enjoy a refreshing drink as the sun sets. The home offers beautiful flowering gardens, a full size yard for summer barbeques or relaxing in private. Beki Ha Ha is the 3rd home back from the beach on a dead end road with spectacular ocean views. There are 3 BR, 2 Baths, LR, DR, Kitchen. A 5 min walk to town. Washer and Dryer, air conditioners, beautiful enclosed porch with ocean views. Back yard offers a private outside shower, grill, adirondack chairs, dining table and lounge chairs for relaxing. Garage has bikes for use, beach chairs, beach tubes, etc. Yard has built in sprinkler system. Private driveway allows for two cars. Trash removal is included.
Harwich Port has been chosen one of the happiest places to live by Coastal Living ( Beki Ha Ha is located in this beautiful town and offers both ocean views and a 5 minute talk to the center of this lovely town.
A 40 minute drive on route 6/28 will get you to the tip of Cape Cod known as Province Town which offers more shopping and unique restaurants to experience. Chatham fish pier is only a 10 minute drive which allows quite an experience to see the local fishing fleet unload their daily catch from a viewing deck directly above the boats.
If you would like to visit Nautucket, a high speed ferry is only a 5 minute drive from our home.
Route 6A offers a different feel as you meander thru the quite country roads while stopping at several antique shops and the Brewster General Store.

Family owned since 1945, this vacation retreat is well maintained and a treasure for anyone who has the privledge to enjoy. The majority of the summer renters are repeat customers as they love the charm and warmth Beki Ha Ha offers vs a traditional home. Blooming flowers all summer long offer spectacular views, ocean breezes from every window, all just steps away from our sandy beach of Nantucket Sound. Bikes in the detached garage for riding on the Cape Cod Bike trail which is only minutes away. The town center is only a 5 min walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. Harwich Port has been voted one of the Happiest place to live by Coastal Living. Come see for yourself what the town and our home as to offer!
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
The enclosed porch is our favorite room of the home. Laying on the wicker couch while enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book while the ocean breeze flows thru the large screened in windows is a must. The cottage is quite large but yet charming. The warmth of the stained wood interior walls, the nautical mermaid known as Veronica hanging on the living room wall and the beautiful gardens throughout the yard make Beki Ha Ha a destination for all to enjoy. Cooking out in the large private back yard, playing yard games in the adjacent side yard or just strolling on the neighboring streets which all have ocean views is also a popular activity.
