Our condo is perfectly situated on the West corner above all complexes next door with uninhibited views, 14th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room, 55” in the master and 43" Smart TVs in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



Phoenix Orange Beach is perfectly located right in the middle of Orange Beach! Conveniently located across the street are grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and many more.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have several other 3br and 4br units at Phoenix Orange Beach including the 3br unit just two doors down should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was an excellent choice. Appropriate utensils for any type cooking. Beds were comfortable, We had nine people and the dinning room table was excellent, it seated 10 people. The location was great close to shopping and dining with a Publix across the street. There is not enough words to describe the view. It was awesome and it also has a lazy river and several pools. Awesome all around. One thing I would add is a make up mirror on the side of the linen closet in the master.

Only 1 negative critique - cushions on lounge chairs and coach are getting old. Recommend replacement. When adults sit down they sink down to the springs and support bars. Cushions are not that expensive to replace. One of the wooden leg chairs one leg is loose and almost ready to come off. Don't recommend sitting on it till fixed. Rest of the condo and amenities were quite nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a big party (13) and could only get away for 3 days. This unit was the best option for us and we were very happy with our experience. Most large places at the beach in June require a week rental. This unit was perfect size and was available for 3 nights. Location is excellent. Communication and check in/out were also excellent.

Slice of Paradise

Our group enjoyed our stay at this condo. Unit was clean and views were awesome. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Keurig needs replaced and is not functional, water pressure in showers was also noticeably low. Could use more starter toilet paper and trash bags but listing was accurate for these items. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!!!

Overall nice stay, but a few things to “know before you go”

We had a good stay in Orange BeachPositives-Beautiful views-Condo was roomy-Big balcony-Nice beach, slide, and lazy river (perfect for our young kids). -Close to Gulf State Park-Proximity to grocery store-Close to restaurants, ice cream, etc. -Parking was convenientNegatives-Very sticky dining room table (expected per other reviews)-Refrigerator leaked-Water was not hooked up to fridge, so freezer doesn’t make ice either.-Ice maker by wet bar doesn’t work and is moldy and smells. -Handle on cold water tap in master bathroom comes off-The floor in condo is “slimy”-We found several pieces of food (Doritos, chips) around the edges of furniture in the living room when we checked in; four Milk Duds were by a nightstand in the master bedroom-We received an email before we arrived that said we would have a starter set of items, including paper towels and dish soap; neither of those were provided. -The kitchen faucet handle is loose-The post says the kitchen is fully stocked, but it didn’t have some items like a toaster, large frying pan, or mixing bowlsAlmost of these issues were brought to the owner’s attention during our stay. The response was quick and was simply “thanks for letting me know. Warm regards.” Though the condo came with some issues, we had a wonderful stay. If you can look past the negatives listed, then this spot should do the trick.

Spring Break 2025

We had a great time in Orange Beacb. This condo fit our family of 10 perfectly. The view is incredible. The building has great amenities. The beds were super comfortable. Overall, this unit was good however it could use some TLC. Missing a few kitchen items such as a toaster, the living room furniture could use some upholstery cleaning and the dining room absolutely needs to be refinished. We saw the reviews about the “sticky” feeling of the dining room table so we weren’t surprised.

Nice view

The view was very nice and the condo is beautiful inside.Only problemIs the unit was very dirty and the toilets didn’t flush until my fiance put the chains back on.The furniture is stained badly and the pull out couch was filthy.Really nice unit just need some cleaning done.

Great location..

Location was great. I do however agree with lots of past reviews they need new housekeeping. The door to ac unit was covered in black. When getting ready to pack to leave we noticed trash under several beds. The kitchen table should be replaced or refinished it was very sticky no amount of wiping helped. Unit should have more bath towels and washcloths to accomadate we had to wash every day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived 06-26-24. Room 1401 Room was clean. Ice machine was not working properly and fridge was not cooling. Called Charlie, very polite,said to wait a bit. Waited till next day.. still not cooling or making ice. We were only there 4 days so half time didn't have ice. Called Charlie, again. said he would call repairmen. them came promptly and fixed ice machine, but were a little irritated.. When we opened dishwasher, full of dishes.. but they were clean. The handle for cold water in the jacuzzi was broken, but we were able to use. Overall, room was acceptable, but a bummer that we had to buy ice and not have our refrigerated items cold for 2 days. Enjoyed meals at Ruby Slipper, Tin Top for our anniversary, Hangout, Cactus Cantina!!

great location and clean property

The 4 bedroom 3 bath was just right for our 6 adults and 3 children. The condo had lots of room and a large balcony looking down at the gulf. It had the furnishings that you would need to cook and enjoy your meal on a large dining table. The only appliance missing was a toaster. Great condo.

Great family vacation

The property was great. Very comfortable, had all necessities. Location was great. Access to many restaurants and shopping. Lazy river and water slide were fun. I will book it again next year.

Monsters aren’t the only thing hiding under the bed

The location of this building is phenomenal. The condo has so much potential but it was dirty. Toy dropped under the couch within first hour and came back with fruit loops. Something has ruined the finish on the kitchen table and you and everything else stick to it. The inside of the freezer was dirty. Kitchen was not well stocked with pots and pans. If you plan on cooking much in the condo this is not the listing for you. Was so excited to soak in the tub with jets till I closed my eyes and opened them to blackish grey water. No telling when the last time it had been cleaned. Disappointed with no dressers in rooms outside of master. Turned disgusting at check out when looking under beds to make sure nothing left and found coke cans as well as other garbage and mounds of dust. We have never had a problem with a rentals cleanliness. Will not be back to this condo and would not recommend.

Beautiful condo but it does need a bit of refreshing - furniture a little soiled. Dining room table size is great BUT it is sticky no matter how many times it is wiped (needs to be refinished). There were 3 families staying but online could only pay with 1 credit card; in today’s technological world that needs to be updated.

Enjoyed!

Had a family of 11 staying the week. Everything was so close with walking distance to Walmart, drug store, and restaurants. The water slide and lazy river was the hit with the kids.

Beach trip

Nice condo and views, but was not cleaned properly before we checked in. Urine all over one toilet! No bed spread on one bed. When we left, looked under the beds, they had not been cleaned in ages! Microwave above the stove did not work, had one on the countertop.
