This 3rd floor balcony suite has a lovely view of the pool and ocean. Bright blues in the living room and bedroom give you a reminder of the view that is just outside the sliding glass door. This condo has an impact Sliding glass door which cuts down on the noise of the breeze off the ocean. The queen sleeper sofa in living room has a comfortable memory foam mattress and is the perfect spot to enjoy the view of the ocean or the view of the 32" flat screen TV. This condo's kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven. The bathroom has a newer tub. For a great night's sleep, we turn to the bedroom where a King Size Sealy Pillowtop awaits. Fall asleep to the 26" flat screen TV. The bedroom has horizontal blinds so that you can enjoy the sunlight while still enjoying some privacy. This condo has everything you need to make your stay just right for you. NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Simple apartment right on the beach

This is a great, clean apartment with a beachside and pool view with easy access. The bed is quite comfortable, but the pullout couch is old, uncomfortable, and small for two additional people. I had to put the mattress on the floor. So I would say it's perfect for 2 adults.

Nice condo

The condo was just as this to end very clean. You have to realize when booking that it is not very big but the view of the ocean in the pool oh well worth it. It is perfect for a couple but a stretch for more than two. Location is really the best thing about the rental.

Check in was a breeze. Ocean views were glorious. One glitch, was a water leak. They moved us to another room. After that-smooth sailing.

Beautiful view

Loved the views from our condo. Enjoyed the relaxed feel around the pool and watching the ocean. We even managed to get a video of dolphins just off the beach. The condo was adequate but unfortunately we found the sofa lacking. It was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The tap at the bathroom sink needs to be fixed, the water pressure was very low. We had to clean our teeth and wash our hands in the kitchen sink. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable.

Staff was warm and friendly. An unexpected tropical storm (Nicole) decided to visit during my scheduled vacation. Staff kept up to date on how the storm was progressing. When I decided to leave early because of the storm, they were understanding and refunded the early departure day. I would definitely stay there again!🤗

There were very few dishes, no serving bowls, mixing bowls or casserole dishes, & limited silverware and glasses. Otherwise, it was very quiet, private, & comfortable. The view was great!We were there for a concert at the Amphtheater and the location was very convenient for that. The Red Frog just down the road had amazing pizza.

Also, like staying on that end of the lodge because it was super close to the boardwalk and pool. Pool was wonderful after a few hours out on the beach.pool was super clean and so were the surrounding areas.They have a shower station on the boardwalk to rinse. If I have to critique something it would be that unloading/loading is not the easiest. Rather difficult actually. The room was clean and had the things we needed. Iā€™ve stayed here before. So, if you want more of a ā€œhomeā€ feeling instead a hotel this is perfect. It is an older building so donā€™t expect the Ritz but overall itā€™s great! Thank you Beacherā€™s Lodge!

The room's bedroom AC unit leaked condensation on tiled floor, the main room AC unit broke some time in the evening and did not turn on again. The stove was missing knobs to adjust the stove top and oven. The main TV was missing the remote for streaming but had one for the cable box. The bedroom TV could not get connected to the cable box and streaming kept loosing the network connection.The good.The bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean. The view out the balcony was spectacular, including an awesome sunrise. The hotel staff were very friendly, along with the other guests or owners.

We used the stairs most of the time. The pool was directly below but never appeared crowded and never noisy. Nice, unobstructed view of the ocean, beach and boardwalk. There's not any extra room in the unit, but it was a very comfortable and quiet place for our stay. The location was very convenient and easy to access. Beach, pool, and area attractions were all easily available. We would come back again. Thanks, Beacher's!
