With tropical turquoises and teals, this 3rd floor balcony suite is beautiful beach bungalow. This condo has laminate flooring throughout which makes clean up easy. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room has a memory foam sleeper mattress and is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view or the view of the 32" Flat Screen TV. Accentuate the ocean breeze with the ceiling fan in the living room. The kitchenette is perfect for the light cooking, with a new countertop, stove top and sink. There is also a dishwasher, toaster oven in addition to the standard microwave. This condo has a unique bathroom with a walk in shower and comfort height toilet. The tiny details of the tile work, remind you that you are on vacation at the beach. In the private bedroom the king sized Beautyrest mattress is a great night's sleep. This condo is the perfect beach escape for a couple or small family. Please, NO PETS ALLOWED! Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. This condo is located in the oceanfront building, overlooking the pool and the ocean, only steps away from the south end elevator.

Amazing place and location

This was an amazing condo! It was the perfect distance to town and had a great view of the beach. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to St. Augustine!

Great getaway

This area has the remote quiet that we wanted for our beach trip, yet was close driving distance to all things St. Augustine. We will definitely come back. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay.

Great stay at Beachers Lodge with warm pool and beautiful beach at our door! Great view from balcony. Fantastic Restaurants and area is full of historical Places to visit. Planning our return for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachers. The view from our condo was wonderful, especially the sun rises. Walks on the beach was so nice. The only negatives were no cable on tv and the bedroom needed darkening blinds because of lights from outside.

Great Location

This was a great, quaint little place. Just steps from the beach. Very close to the elevator as well. Quiet place. Dog-friendly beach. Beautiful view from our room. Kitchen had plenty of utensils. Enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We definitely enjoyed our stay at Beacher’s Club. Friendly people and clean condo and property. The only suggestion I would make is that it would be really nice to have an area where you could congregate or sit in the evening, and make it a pet friendly one. The condos are small so being able to be outside (other than your balcony) would be enjoyable. I would recommend Beacher’s Club. Being able to walk the ecpansive beach at low tide was amazing!

The view and access to the beach were by far the most exciting part of our stay. The condo was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We traveled with our four-month old, and we had to get creative with where to put the pack ‘n play in the small bedroom, but we were grateful for the king-sized bed. The kitchenette served us well, the rocking chair and couch were comfortable, and the walk-in shower was spacious and nice. Those little pebbles in the floor were different and comfortable on the feet! The dishwasher was a little rickety but it did have a sanitize cycle, so I appreciated that. The building was being renovated during our stay, but we didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is older and could use some updates. It's much smaller than pictures depict. Installing central air as opposed to hotel-style units would be a plus. Overall it was clean but walking barefoot on the floor always left our feet dirty. The view is nice and the ocean access convenient. However, incredibly inconvenient is the dog walk. It's a very small area located behind the office. We had to walk from one end of the building to the far end of the entire facility, then behind the office. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

Great Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the BEST time just enjoying ourselves and being able to bring our pup along and on the beach. The room was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchenette, bed was very comfortable, everything. Loved the experience as a whole.Only thing I didn't like was the guy that acted as the enforcer at the pool -bald guy. He was rude to guests and would just sit there and stare & would say things very rudely to others (I only witnessed, he never spoke to me personally). VERY uncomfortable for those other guests - you could see it on their faces. He should just come down when its time to lock up, even if he has to wait a couple minutes while people grab their things. I understand telling people ahead of time so they are out AT DUSK, but come on. Its not going to kill him and if he must do that, then don't be nasty or say your sarcastic/dry comments. Two stars for him. 5 stars for everything else.

There should not be any interruption to our visitor's enjoyment of the pool until after closing time. The ice cream shop across the street gives the biggest scoops of ice cream. My only suggestion would be needs new frying pans and a black out curtain in the bedroom. Other than that, it was excellent. We will be back! I've already recommended to some friends.
