What more could you ask for in this 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus. Rock away your worries on this beach front balcony. This condo has all those little details that make a stay on the beach enjoyable. There is a sofa and several occasional chairs that are positioned to enjoy the 32" Flat Screen TV. There are two Murphy bed cabinets with Twin Beautyrest mattresses inside. Enjoy the creative decorations and personality throughout this condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven. A lovely kitchen table provides family dining options. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub and grab bar. The private bedroom is carpeted and has a King Sized Beautyrest bed, ceiling fan and 26" Flat Screen TV. This is a lovely condo for a family, you can even bring your pet. PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

The front desk person was very pleasant and check in was quick and easy. The condo was small but just perfect for me and my husband. The complex and the condo were both very clean and our balcony and view were great. The community of Crescent Beach is quiet and laid back and doesn't have many shops or restaurants but head toward St Augustine Beach, about 10 minutes away, and there are quite a few great restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

Ocean waterfront with beautiful views.

Everything was excellent only minor issue is that furniture in sitting/ TV room is in need of up grading. We would return again.

Clean. Only 1 thing bathtub is slippery. A bath mat on the bathtub so people see it. It was under the sink and we didn’t look. But overall great!

Otherwise, new pots and pans from last year. There were improvements in the bathroom as well. Both air conditions seemed to be not as cold as they should have been. Overall 4 stars as it is a very nice room.

Reviewer Comments: it was ok kitchen cabinet broke under sink. safe broke spoke with someone they came up and fixed the safe and took the cabinet door that was broke when the did that the door to the condo trim broke that held the door at the top they never came back to fix it that happen the first day we were there also there is no screen on the sliding door so if you left it open bugs got in and there were ants for a gold room it should not have been rated that. We have stay in this room for 10 years we have never seen it in that condition.

great place for dog/beach vacaton

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Beacher's Lodge several times over many years. Our only complaint is one that management probably can't control. We stay on 4th floor for lovely view of ocean and to enjoy sitting on balcony to breathe the fresh ocean air. Unfortunately, some people near us were out on their balcony smoking quite often throughout our visit. We would come in from beach at high tide and sit on balcony but had to go in many times due to heavy cigarette smoke often, cigar smoke once & weed smoke a couple times. Other than that , it is a great placebecause of dog-friendly condo & beach. Not sure we will return unless it becomes a smoke-free property as the smell was bad too often and disrupted our enjoyment of the balcony.

Great Vacation Condo - Best Bed

Checked out a handful of different rooms over the years and keep coming back to room 420 mostly because of the bed is so comfortable. Appreciated the updated couch and recliner chair. This unit could use some updates, especially removing the carpet that is in the bedroom. No Ocean Front condo should have carpet especially a pet friendly room . All in all it has everything that anybody needs the kitchen is well stocked. Had family members staying at the condo at the same time so I was able to view a few of the other rooms that my relatives stayed in . Most were more updated more than this unit but my sister complained her bed was awful even though on looking at it looked great.This is not the most updated condo for being a gold star, but the bed is awesome. Give a big shout out for Karen. Who’s been working the fourth floor in the housekeeping department she takes great care of you. Everybody at the front desk was courteous and helpful. We live in Jacksonville, Florida and my sister lives in South Florida and we all agree. Crescent Beach is such an incredible beach when it’s low tide. It’s the most beautiful beach, hard sand that you can walk on . I would recommend bicycle riding which there’s a place down the street I believe A1A bicycles that you can rent and it’s so close to Saint Augustine. You can enjoy so many things. ore current looking than this but again the bed in those rooms were awful .

We have been staying here for a week's vacation for the last 3 years in this same room. Nice decor. Kitchen is well provided and stocked. Views are perfect. Only would wish for some type of blind or be able to lower the hurricane shutter a little as the morning sun, when sitting on balcony, is very, very hot and bright until sun is high enough to not be directly in your face. Otherwise, highly recommend.

It has a queen/full Sleeper sofa and 2 twin Murphy beds. The king in the bedroom is super soft. The beach is quiet. Crowed room but relaxing otherwise.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo left a lot to be desired. It was very clean and comfortable, but the kitchen was poorly furnished. We had to hand wash our dishes, but there was no dishpan and no stopper for the sink. All the knives were dull as well as the peeler. In addition, the tub was very slippery and a fall hazard. The tv was crummy and very difficult to operate. There was a dvd player but it had no batteries in it. The staff was very helpful. We would come back to Beachers Lodge but not #420.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beacher's Lodge multiple times and unfortunately this the worst room for the most money. Kitchen was missing a cabinet door,toilet ran,bedroom fan rattled all night and both AC units were so loud you couldn't have a conversation.Dining room chairs cushion were non exsistant. The oven was questonable and the bed felt like a rock with sheets.Just being honest.
