Ample Space: Boasting six generously sized bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this rental offers room for the entire family or group of friends ensuring everyone has their own private space. The master suite is located on the second floor with a king bed and large bathroom with a balcony overlooking the pool. Three other bedrooms with queen beds share a full bath with a combination shower and tub. The guest suite is located in a separate wing over the garage featuring two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath with a combination shower and tub. The guest suite is easily accessible - only 4 steps - and offers privacy from the main house with its own living room and balcony. A fourth bathroom with a walk-in shower is located just inside the kitchen, off the deck, making showering easy after a dip in the pool.

Living Spaces: Three living rooms provide ample space for relaxation and gatherings. Whether you're watching a movie, playing games or simply enjoying each other's company, there's room for everyone. The lower level boasts a two-room recreational space for yoga or a workout, fully equipped with a treadmill, elliptical machine and a Bowflex Home Gym.

Fully-Stocked Kitchen: Our thoughtfully equipped space comes with an abundance of glassware, flatware and dishes for every occasion. Small appliances include a Nespresso machine, Krups electric tea kettle, electric wine opener, KitchenAid mixer, KitchenAid blender, NutriBullet for smoothies and a Crock-Pot for laid back family dinners. Larger appliances include a Sharp microwave drawer, a KitchenAid gas stove, a KitchenAid dishwasher and a Samsung refrigerator with an icemaker and a wine drawer. The spacious kitchen island not only provides ample counter space but also invites socializing. The kitchen table seats six comfortably while the formal dining room easily accommodates eight to ten guests.

Outdoor Entertainment: The landscaped backyard with rhododendron, hydrangea, iris and daylilies is pretty in all seasons and offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment space. The expansive deck overlooks the 40ft x 20ft inground saltwater pool. A long teak table provides seating for ten to twelve guests and the Weber Natural Gas Grill is easy to use. A gazebo, complete with a table and Adirondack chairs offers space for evening cocktails or simply hanging out!
An outdoor shower is convenient to rinse off after a day at Narragansett beach.

Storage in the Garage: There are six beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and an array of beach toys and pool floats. There is plenty of space to store bikes, skates or coolers as well as a full sized refrigerator to keep drinks cool and refreshing.
