The views from the large windows and furnished balcony are picturesque, so start each morning with a breath of fresh ocean air as you sip your cup of coffee. The spacious interior provides ample room for up to eight guests, and tackling mealtimes will be easy in the full kitchen that sports modern appliances and vast counter space. The shared pool area is just steps from the beach so take your pick and lounge for a while with a book. When it is time to cool off, take a dip in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. When it is time to call it a day, throw your sandy suit in the private washer/dryer and draw a bath in the jetted tub for some solitary relaxation!

From endless walks on the sand to concerts in the park, you will have no shortage of things to do here on your vacation to Florida. Pier Park is a great place to spend a day shopping at your favorite stores or checking out some local restaurants nearby. A bit farther south are fun activities for the whole family including an amusement park, aquarium, and even a go-kart track! Fish with the locals on Russell-Fields Pier or play a round of golf at Holiday Golf Club located four miles east. Everyone will be able to find something that is right up their alley!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
