Palazzo Resort features a swimming pool (heated seasonally) located on the fifth level making for spectacular, unforgettable views. There is also a hot tub located beside the pool, and a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf. Access to both is included...you really have all you need here!

Palazzo is a non-smoking building, that is unique because the 4-level garage is directly under the building, so no walking over a crosswalk and then taking another elevator to your car. This is great at the end of a long day. Palazzo is known to have fast elevators, making getting to and from the beach or your car a breeze. Unlike the competition, Palazzo is a low-density building consisting of only 129 direct Gulf-front units. You`re sure to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Palazzo is conveniently located on the west end side of the beach closer to 30A, yet less than a mile from Pier Park. At Palazzo, you are less than 20 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

- Palazzo allows 1 vehicle for this condo at a rate of $40 per stay (not included in the booking price). You will pay online for parking prior to your arrival through registration emailed to you.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties, unauthorized guests, etc.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
- Wristbands must be worn while onsite & are required to be left when departing. Charges will apply for any missing wristbands.
