This warm resort condo features spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and the balcony. Within the room, guests can cook up meals in the kitchen and relax after a long day of sun and surf. Guests can also enjoy outdoor showers after the beach, in addition to access to the two pools, hot tub, charcoal grill, fitness center, and sauna.

Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Beyond the beach, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great vacation

Celadon is a great condo. We love the pool across the street. We love chairs and umbrella come with the condo. Reservations with Vacasa were easy.

Nice ocean front condo

Overall was a pretty good stay. The view being right on the ocean was nice. With the master bedroom, there really wasn't a view because your window faced the outside walkway and you really couldn't have your curtain open. There were stains on the couches when we got there so we resorted to putting sheets over the couches. Decent location near shops, Winn Dixie and restaurants.

Great price and couldn't be more clean and taken care of

807 has a great view, immaculate clean, and all the dishes and pans you need for cooking. Comfortable furniture and beds. Walking distance to a well stocked little market.

Loved Celadon…unit 807 was clean and comfortable but in need of updating and some repairs ( bathroom fan and vacuum cleaner). The kitchen was lacking in some dishes and a kettle, but did enjoy our month regardless of these things!

Very disappointing!

The unit was very outdated. Furniture has stains, the handle on the sliding glass door was broke and dangling with one screw, not usable. Everything was just very old, no money spent to freshen up the condo. I felt like we were staying in a cheap motel.

Truly a great time

It was such a great time. Nothing was left out everything in the ad was exactly how is was stated. My kids had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend and do it again for sure.

Celadon Beach, 807 - Panama City Beach, Florida

The view was great.. However, the condo had few few kitchen supplies (Silverware, no cooking sheet, no ice maker or ice trays in the freezer). When I tried to go the "office", there was never anyone present that could assist. The elevators were not lit up (numbers/floors) so it was a bit of a guessing game. The payment for parking in the garage (which was across the street) was a separate payment and process that was included in your rental for the condo. The TVs were VERY small of the room and the remote controllers did not have working batteries. I would not choose to rent this condo again.

Very nice

I loved the location and proximity. The u it was nice but the couch and loveseat were dirty and it looked like the cleaning staff only wiped the counters down without moving items away to clean. However, all in all is was very nice

Great room and view - awful bed

The view and overall condo was great. However, The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on - we had to buy a mattress topper just to get through the 3 days we stayed. Only 1 out of 3 elevators worked at any given time.

Celadon Beach Resort

Beautiful view of the beach! Room was nice, but there were stains on the sofa cushions. Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable, needs updating(could feel the bar in our backs); all the mattresses were firm. Patio door lock didn’t work properly(locked us out a few times, thank goodness someone was inside to open for us). Cable in living room didn’t work the first day we arrived. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here.

The best stay ever

It absolutely felt like home. My 7 year old daughter loved it so much. We felt like home. The apparement was super clean and the location was very convenient. We’ll definitely go back!! The only things that’s bothered me a little was the sand. Although, I swiped the floor, the sand was stick to the floor!

If you’re looking for good customer service - look somewhere else

Overall, the property was okay. The view was beautiful. However, the elevators were broken or being repaired basically our entire stay, including the parking garage elevator. Customer service was nonexistent. I reached out to the front desk via email twice with no response, I tried to call every single number I could locate at least twice with no luck and no option to even leave a message for a call back. That’s unacceptable. I was told via email that there would be “fuzzy blankets” provided - there was not. There was a thin bedspread on the king bed, but the bunk beds had only sheets. Luckily I had packed a couple blankets in the car. Literally blows my mind that I had to bring my own blankets. Maybe disclose that part in the listing BEFORE booking. Anyway, we had a nice time at the beach, but the customer service could definitely use some work.

We loved the location but the crowd was unreal. There were people setting up tents at 6 am. It was ridiculous. There were plenty of towels, everything worked well, I wish you would have left some trash bags though. Had to buy a box for a few bags. Waiting for the elevators was also long. All in all the rental was good, just wanted some where less crowded.

Great Location!!

The location to the beach was amazing!! The Condo definitely needed some TLC. The couches were stain very badly, the bathrooms could have been cleaner but I understand how difficult this could b with how short staff everyone is. Overall It really was a great place and would stay again.

We loved this rental and will definitely be back. It was nice, clean, and comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony and the view and it wasn't far from restaurants and shopping. The beaches here are gorgeous. Can't wait until our next stay, we plan to pick this same condo.
