Set on the ninth floor, the views of the Gulf of Mexico are something to behold from this ninth-floor condo. This homey condo delights with a jetted tub and private balcony and is perfect for a small family. Guests can enjoy shared access to two pools (one heated seasonally), in addition to a hot tub, fitness center, sauna, and other amenities.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Beyond the beach (just a short walk from the ground floor!), personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

VACASA management does not inspect rentals . First unit was mold infested, out dated stained furniture. Never refunded 50 parking fee.

Great condo

Loved the condo plenty of room for all of us. Only issue lie was the main bedroom door didn’t lock and the tv in the main bedroom didn’t work. They could also used more pots and pans and utensil.

Pretty good, ideal location

Master bath tub drains very slow. Issues with the freezer/icemaker getting stuck and leaking out on the floor . Weird smells though out. Dryer very noisy, miscommunication regarding wi-fi password.

We arrived on Monday for a 5 Day stay but we're asked to evacuate on Wednesday morning due to the storm approaching. The property was very clean and the location was perfect. Sorry we had to leave so early.

I would give this a 1 star if not for the easy check in and the view this place was horrible orher than that nothing worked like the tv in the bedroom and when called to fix it heard from no one for days then finally the day before we leave they say they might be up ok...still never seen anyone the dishwasher was disgusting with food all in the bottom and huge clumps of powder not cleaned out the ladder to the (CLOSET ]3RD bedroom was broken wand sticking out they just put a pink index card over and through it with a note that says beware!!! The door didn't lock the bath was supposed to have all the bath stuff furnished well ...it was ALL EMPTY glad we all brought our own the shower spray had black mold all over it the beach chairs and umbrella that was supposed to be included was some cheap used old rusted seats and did i mention the umbrella wasn't even there they gave us the wrong code to get into the pool some man at the pool had to give us the correct code and when my daughter and son in law were down at the hot tub another couple was telling them all the issues they too were having and i could go on but whats the use just DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and in a great location- however the beds are very uncomfortable- and the kitchen needs some additional stocking of cups. The bedding is not the proper size for the king size bed, no comforters on any of the beds- so bring your own. The vents need to be cleaned- due to the moisture in the air there is mold on the vents. The bath tubs need a deep cleaning as there is mildew on the grout.

Okay but could work on a few things

First I loved the location. Parking was great. Ac worked amazingly. However the beds was very uncomfortable!!!!!!! A patio chair on the balcony was broken and needs to be replaced at the least thrown away. The ice dispenser on the fridge dosent work but the ice maker does make ice. The pans in the unit need to be replaced I purchased my own while we was there so I could cook breakfast.

Family vacation

This condo is not equipped for a family more then 2. We had 8 for this condo. Couch is absolutely disgusting and you don’t even want to use the bed in it.The vents had mold. The bunk beds are in a room the size of a closet you can’t even open the doors all the way. Only had 3 glass to drink with and maybe 3 forks, no pot holders and not enough cooking equipment. They cleaned with pine sol so it’s doesn’t feel clean. Floor was slick. I expect alot more for the money you pay to stay here.

Nice condo.

Overall this was a nice condo. The ocean views were stunning. The layout of the condo was a bit odd. Some doors open into adjacent doors making travel from room to room a bit difficult at times. But that's just being picky. Paying for parking was a bit of a challenge since we were not provided the proper Codes used to secure the parking. For your particular information, that code is on the refrigerator inside the condo. We did not know that and would not enter until we had parking paid for. This caused us to have to call management repeatedly to get the correct information. We also had to call management to find the door code for the pool areas since they were nowhere to be found and we're not provided ahead of time. The master bed was comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked for cooking. Again, this was a nice condo and I would definitely stay here again.

Celedon Resort Rm908

The resort itself is a good place to stay just not room 908. Room has hardly any kitchen hardware(pots, pans, cups, etc.) so you can’t cook hardly anything with what it does have but definitely not enough for how many it sleeps. When we first went inside we noticed it wasn’t cleaned enough. Trash out in the balcony, refrigerator stain, and couch had lots of sand in it. Also, the room needs some fixing done. TV doesn’t work in the bedrooms, a door handle is almost broken, some tile in the kitchen and bathroom sound like they will break any minute. Balcony furniture definitely needs replaced asap!! They’re too old, dirty and worn out and curtains need some attention. The top bunk bed is a bit sketchy and the only thing holding it up is some flimsy wood. I’d have to say in my years at staying at the Celedon this room by far has been in the poorest conditions. The only good things about this room is that it does have plenty of towel and wash cloths.

Decent place, nice view, lots of problems

Location and view was good. We had issues with the door and parking codes that took almost 2hrs to deal with because no one was working front desk and hold time and callback time from vacasa took so long. There was 3 elevators , only 2 worked, sometimes only 1, sometimes none. We felt sorry for the elderly folks taking the stairs. Master bed door didn't lock, master toilet ran and ran and was noisy, master bed frame was super loose...you could see where the headboard had been hitting the wall previously lol...tvs were super small and we couldn't get the cable to work in either room. Parking was 30$ extra dollars and that was not disclosed on the website. Place needs some work and someone working front desk.

Celadon Beach 908 Panama City Beach, FL

The location of the condo and unit was good. There are several things that needs to be updated before I would recommend or stay at it again: 1) Please update the decor in this unit, old fake plants are outdated with old music players in the TV consoles 2) master bathroom smelled very musty not sure why could be due to tile floor not cleaned properly. I had to reclean the floor with bleach cleaner to free up the terrible smell 3) master bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. Had to spend money at the nearby Walmart to get an egg crate mattress topper for comfort 4) Real state agent showed up 5 minutes with a couple after we checked into the unit wanting to show it to a potential owner which was totally awkward and asking when we would be available for a showing. We declined each day because me and my family were already check into the unit and wasn't going to step out or leave for a property showing 5) only 1 elevator worked for 23 floors in this condo. Per passing tenants there will upgrades to the elevators for this year 2022. My suggestion is to please not all these issues before I would stay or recommend this property again.

Has been better in the past

The room itself gets three to four stars. It was clean and acceptable. The beds were a little hard and the TVs were small but everything was okay. The Celadon building on the other hand only receives one star. Much of the week there was only one elevator servicing the entire building, staff and all. 30 minute waits for the elevator so we had to take the stairs several times to the 9th floor. Both pools and one hot tub were ice cold most of the week. They finally heated one pool so we were able to swim Thursday and Friday. I called vacasa almost everyday to see if I could get a partial credit for our terrible experience. The final verdict was that the elevators and pools were HOA problems so I was out of luck. I've had good experiences at the Celadon in past years, hopefully this was a one-time thing but I might look for a different place next time. When you pay nearly $2,000 for one week during the off-season you expect everything to be very good and it was not.

Beautiful view. Terrible beds.

The condo was huge! The view was absolutely beautiful. However. The beds were awful. It’s literally one step above sleeping on the ground. We tried to find a mattress topper but everywhere was sold out. The beds also were super noisy anytime you moved. The TVs were also super tiny. At the end of the a beach day, it’s just nice to sit down and watch TV. However. It’s really hard to do that with a 36 in TV. The furniture is also very big and bulky. The couch was super comfy and where my husband slept the most due to the terrible beds. We would not stay in the condo again unless the beds were replaced.
