Great Location - Musty oder

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The title says it all. Great location, it has an assigned parking space, which is great. It smells like an old house that has been vacant for months. Just a musty smell that gets into you cloths and follows you around. The property was very clean and well kept and in a great location. I would not stay again because of the smell, everything else about it was great.

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação, localização e precisão do anúncio
My wife and I both got some bites from small insects while in the house. Not bed bugs but something else. We saw small spiders around the rooms, including bed rooms. Some of the glassware was not clean, had to be washed before use. Many of the electrical outlets are either dead or too loose to hold plugs. Check out instructions were unclear about where to leave the keys. Nevertheless, it's a charming old house and in a great location.

EXCELLENT STAY

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay . Actually out of all the rentals I’ve done it’s my favorite in Savannah . Absolutely love the courtyard with the Koi pond. So nice and relaxing. Also one of the biggest pluses is the parking. You have your own reserved spot right behind the unit.. Unheard of in the historic district of Savannah. There are other nice places to stay. But you have to park on the street, which isn’t horrible, but read the street sweeping sign wrong and you won’t do that again . $40 fine when you get up in the AM. This is also a historic property. Can’t say enough nice things about it.
Resposta de VrboOwner em 22 de jul. de 2026
Thank you so much for your incredible review! We're thrilled to hear that this was your favorite rental experience in Savannah. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the peaceful courtyard and koi pond, as well as the convenience of having a reserved parking space. We understand how valuable parking can be in the Historic District, and we're glad this added to the comfort and ease of your stay. We also appreciate you recognizing the charm of this historic property. We love that guests can enjoy the character and history of Savannah while still having the conveniences that make a stay more enjoyable. Thank you again for your kind words and for choosing to stay with us. We would love to welcome you back for another visit! The Lucky Team
