Large ranch style home offers 1500 square feet of space. Spend your vacation on one level and avoid all the stairs many of the other homes in this locale have. This comfortable home is decorated with seashore style, has lots of natural light and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a big living room, a comfy couch, wireless internet, and a 55" TV in the living room. Features central air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a Weber gas grill to show off your culinary skills. Out back is a huge deck with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun, with an outdoor shower. There is a 35 foot dock where you can tie up your boat and also two floating docks that will accommodate most personal water crafts. Catch blue claw crabs right out of the lagoon and make your own homemade crab cakes! Also included is a single, and a two person kayak perfect for paddling down the lagoon. The neighborhood has lots to offer and is great for biking, and the nearby park has tennis and basketball courts. There is a bay beach in the neighborhood on Jennifer Drive, and the LBI beaches are just a quick ride to the island. Included are 6 beach badges for Surf City beaches. This is a great house and area for family vacations. Minimum age of primary lessee is 25 years and this house is not available to groups of unrelated parties or for proms, etc. Maximum occupancy is 7. House has one king bed, one queen bed, and 2 full size beds with twin bunk beds above. This rental is available for a 7 day minimum with check in on Saturday afternoon, and checkout on Saturday morning.

Wonderful week at the beach.

Excellent location and lovely home. Location is 10-15 minutes to LBI beaches. The property is lovely- gorgeous deck with access to kayaks. Spacious common area, tasteful decor. Plenty of towels, spare bedding. Very responsive owner. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time at the lagoon house! We stayed with our 2 babies under 2 and our yorkie, everyone was very comfortable! Brian went out of his way to make sure our stay was excellent. We hope to come back again next year!

Vacation on the Lagoon

Great location, lots of space for me and my family, and the neighbors were so friendly. The kids and I loved having the use of the kayaks and the use of the lagoon. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Family getaway

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay!! The beach was perfect and we were so happy to have the beach badges! We enjoyed using the kayaks, crabbing off the dock, close proximity to get on and off the island and surrounding businesses. This house also offered a lot of space for living and 2 bathrooms and being able to do laundry was a plus! We highly recommend this house for a fun family getaway!! Thanks again, Brian!!

Fantastic Week in a Great House

We had a great week staying here. Everything was as advertised or better and exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our family, which included my elderly, mobility challenged mother. The back deck is fabulous, as is the location and the beaches of LBI among the best of NJ. Highly recommended.

Great month in Beach Heaven West

My husband and I stayed at this property from mid-August through mid-September. The house is wonderful and very clean. Plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. The beds are comfortable. The house is right on the water and the back deck is lovely and has a nice grill and plenty of seating. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We also love the area and very quick drive to LBI and the beaches. We will be back!

Relaxing stay at the Jersey shore

We really enjoyed our week of vacation at Beach Haven West. The home is located in a nice family neighborhood, it is a short drive to the beach, and the back deck over looking the canal was a nice bonus. The owner, Brian, is very responsive and easy to work with.

1st stay at BHW - Loved it!

We were looking for a place to be able to bring our boat and this home did not disappoint. Brian was great and responsive. The home was WONDERFUL! Lagoon life loved by all!

Pros: Large deck, water access, crabbing from back yard, pet friendly, amazing appliances, one level living, 2nd bathroom, excellent communication with owner before and throughout stay. Brian was enthusiastic, welcoming and shared tips for crabbing; even had traps out back, ready to go. Were hoping for a couple crabs while senior parents visited - caught enough over their 3 days of crabbing to have dinner for 5 people twice with more taken home. They were so excited...this made the whole trip. Cons: Busier street than realized when booking, my oversight; some minor updates would go a long way.

Pleasant stay on the canals

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Our daughter and her husband joined us for 3 nights and we were on our own (with our dog) for another 3. Pros: The location is great and the kayaks are fun. Pretty views from the deck and nice area to walk around. House is spacious. Cons: shower wasn't clean upon arrival (hairs on the shower floor), several of the dishes and utensils were not clean from prior use. I rewashed everything we used. Also, I think more paper towels and toilet paper should have been supplied, but not a deal breaker. All in all, a nice stay.
