Vacation on the Lagoon

Great location, lots of space for me and my family, and the neighbors were so friendly. The kids and I loved having the use of the kayaks and the use of the lagoon. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Great property

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and more. Brian was helpful and answered any questions we had right away. We would defiantly stay at this property agin.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time at the lagoon house! We stayed with our 2 babies under 2 and our yorkie, everyone was very comfortable! Brian went out of his way to make sure our stay was excellent. We hope to come back again next year!

Amazing property

Beautiful, spacious, and clean property right on the bay. Owner is very nice and accommodating. It was a great family getaway that is not far from Surf City beaches in LBI. Would definitely plan another stay there. Thank you!

Property is great; owner is great!

Loved it! The house is perfect for a family. Very clean, large, etc. We brought our boat and tied it up directly in the back.

Wonderful week at the beach.

Excellent location and lovely home. Location is 10-15 minutes to LBI beaches. The property is lovely- gorgeous deck with access to kayaks. Spacious common area, tasteful decor. Plenty of towels, spare bedding. Very responsive owner. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Family getaway

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay!! The beach was perfect and we were so happy to have the beach badges! We enjoyed using the kayaks, crabbing off the dock, close proximity to get on and off the island and surrounding businesses. This house also offered a lot of space for living and 2 bathrooms and being able to do laundry was a plus! We highly recommend this house for a fun family getaway!! Thanks again, Brian!!

Pleasant stay on the canals

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Our daughter and her husband joined us for 3 nights and we were on our own (with our dog) for another 3. Pros: The location is great and the kayaks are fun. Pretty views from the deck and nice area to walk around. House is spacious. Cons: shower wasn't clean upon arrival (hairs on the shower floor), several of the dishes and utensils were not clean from prior use. I rewashed everything we used. Also, I think more paper towels and toilet paper should have been supplied, but not a deal breaker. All in all, a nice stay.

Glad to hear you had a nice time in Beach Haven West! It is a great location and taking out the kayaks down the lagoon and out to the bay is great exercise and scenery. I will review your concerns with the cleaning service. I always expect the house to be spotless upon guest arrival!

Fantastic Week in a Great House

We had a great week staying here. Everything was as advertised or better and exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our family, which included my elderly, mobility challenged mother. The back deck is fabulous, as is the location and the beaches of LBI among the best of NJ. Highly recommended.

Great stay!

We had a great stay, great weather, great house, easy check in. Quiet area and we utilized the kayaks and crab traps. Would definitely like to stay again!

Family Vacation

I have been renting from VRBO for over 10 years…. Our family has stayed at some beautiful properties including this one. We had a much needed week of winding down with our kids and new grandbabies. The house was picture perfect and everyone thought it was a good find. Thank you Brian

Great month in Beach Heaven West

My husband and I stayed at this property from mid-August through mid-September. The house is wonderful and very clean. Plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. The beds are comfortable. The house is right on the water and the back deck is lovely and has a nice grill and plenty of seating. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We also love the area and very quick drive to LBI and the beaches. We will be back!

Relaxing stay at the Jersey shore

We really enjoyed our week of vacation at Beach Haven West. The home is located in a nice family neighborhood, it is a short drive to the beach, and the back deck over looking the canal was a nice bonus. The owner, Brian, is very responsive and easy to work with.

LBI Enjoyment

The house was amazing and it’s location on the lagoon was perfect. A quick 5-10 min drive to amazing beaches was perfect. Brian was responsive to any questions we had and an ideal host.

1st stay at BHW - Loved it!

We were looking for a place to be able to bring our boat and this home did not disappoint. Brian was great and responsive. The home was WONDERFUL! All one floor, all the necessities, clean, comfortable, etc. We could not ask for a better experience!!! You will not regret staying in this awesome home!

Wonderful stay

We had such a great time at this home! It was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed being on the water, it had beautiful deck and plenty of room. The owners were helpful. Hope to come back for another stay soon!

Lagoon life loved by all!

Pros: Large deck, water access, crabbing from back yard, pet friendly, amazing appliances, one level living, 2nd bathroom, excellent communication with owner before and throughout stay. Brian was enthusiastic, welcoming and shared tips for crabbing; even had traps out back, ready to go. Were hoping for a couple crabs while senior parents visited - caught enough over their 3 days of crabbing to have dinner for 5 people twice with more taken home. They were so excited...this made the whole trip. Cons: Busier street than realized when booking, my oversight; some minor updates would go a long way.

Very nice place, with good location. Beds comfy, well equipped, shower and bathroom nice!

Enjoyed our stay at this canal front rancher. Everything you could need provided. Restaurants and stores close by. Ocean only a short drive. A++
