Pacific Pearl at Heceta Beach - dog friendly

When you need some ocean therapy, the Pacific Pearl is your house. A Classic beach cabin with open beam ceilings and a dramatic stone fireplace. Built in 1960, this 1036 square foot gem reminds you of the colors in the Mediterranean. It has stunning ocean views and a very short walk down the street (500 feet) and you'll be strolling in the sand.

The front of the house is a wall of glass so from the 'Great Room' you can watch the waves, clouds or storms rolling in. On a stormy day make yourself a cup of tea and do a jigsaw puzzle on the game table or light up the fireplace and enjoy a good book. There's also Wi-Fi so you'll be able to stay connected and enjoy streaming movies and shows on the large screen TV.

The outdoor deck is an ideal place to enjoy the breeze and the fresh ocean air. A small table can hold drinks or snacks and there are chairs for catching up and socializing while enjoying the outdoor view. In the back yard there is a small deck and a grassy yard.

The kitchen features a Jenn Air downdraft range which is in the center, so you can look at the view, the fire and the TV all while you're cooking. For once, the chef won't be missing out on all the fun. A dishwasher along with a microwave are also included.

The first bedroom features a king bed with a view of the ocean. It has a 32 inch TV. The next bedroom has 2 twin beds which is perfect for the kids or your golf buddies and also has it's own TV. These bedrooms are on the North end of the house. Off the living room you'll find a queen bedroom.

The bathroom is in the middle of the house with a shower with updated fixtures. The utility room is also right there which features a brand new full size stack washer and dryer.

The new Owners have done a fantastic job of updating the entire house with new paint, furniture, linens, dishwasher, and stack washer and dryer - all to make your stay truly enjoyable.
