Summer 2020

The house was great and had everything we needed for a perfect visit to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is unbeatable, just a short, easy walk to Napeague beach, and there were also bikes available if we decided to ride. The outdoor setup is perfect and very private-we loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the beach and gathering around the fire pit in the evening to make s’mores.The house is also situated right between Amagansett and Montauk and is near some fantastic local spots. We loved grabbing produce from the nearby farm stands, buying fresh fish from Gosman’s in Montauk, and checking out the local boutiques and shops. Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our fresh finds, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and all bedrooms had blackout shades. The entire house was very clean throughout. Our host was always responsive and friendly, making communication a breeze. We would definitely return!

Absolutely Lovely Home

We had such a great experience at Robert’s home. It is a beautiful and brand new home with such tasteful beach style and an amazing location. Just a five minute walk from the beach, the home was perfectly located and had everything we could have needed include beach chairs, bikes, and even an outdoor shower. The home was far exceeded expectations.

Excellent Stay!

We just completed a wonderful stay at Robert’s home. This house is new and the furnishings are excellent. It is close to the beach, and has everything you need, including a hot tub and fire pit. Robert is an excellent host. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic family trip!

Loved the house. It's brand new, clean and location is wonderful. Robert was incredibly responsive and check/out a breeze. Would def recommend and look forward to staying again.

Fabulous stay at fabulous home

Had a great time here. The house is brand new- the home is very well built, designed, and curated. The owner really cared about furnishing and decorating with high-quality items. The area is lovely, with a low-key beach vibe. And beach is beautiful. Would love to stay again.

Family escape from NYC for month of August

My family and I had a great stay for the month of August. The house is pretty much brand new, decorated very nicely and has many amenities - cruiser bikes, everything you need for the beach including a fire pit and hot tub. We loved the modern yet comfortable style of the house. The location is ideal and a few hundred yards from the beach. There is no pool but the trade off of being so close to the beach was well worth it to us. The owner - Robert - was very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this property.
