Welcome to our little piece of paradise! Our renovated two bedroom and 2.5 bth home is just ONE block from the beautiful beaches! Our spacious 1150 sqft home sleeps up to 7 guests! Each bedroom has their own en suite bathrooms, tv's and ample closets space! Enjoy free wifi and cable, cruiser bikes for an afternoon stroll and refreshing pool conveniently located in front of the home. This excellent location is close to the Outlet mall, restaurants, groceries, winery and did we say beach??
**** We personally inspect the home each time a guest leaves and after it is cleaned to ensure cleaning procedures have been followed. Door knobs, light switches, hand rails, chairs, sofas, and any hard surface areas are sanitized before check in. All linens including the comforter are washed after each guest.*****

PARKING
Avoid finding parking and hauling luggage through a parking lot as this unit provides 2 designated parking spaces right in front of the door. The home has a smart-camera doorbell and a Smart Lock, to help make it easy to come and go without a key! 

FIRST LEVEL
Step right in to the first level of the townhome which boasts an open and spacious floor plan. The full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is the perfect place for the chef in your family! The kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room space, with plenty of room and seating to enjoy a family meal, game night, watch a movie, or just relax. Our home is equipped with a keurig and an air fryer. The living room area has a half bath and a sleeper sofa that accomodates 2 guests with it's pull out bed. The private screened porch right off the living room is a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed outdoor time. There, you will also find cruiser bikes if you prefer to enjoy a stroll and scenery along the sidewalks of Scenic Beach Dr.

BEDROOMS
Upstairs you'll find the laundry area with it's own full size washer and dryer for any laundry needs. Both bedrooms are also located upstairs, each with their own remodeled en-suite bathrooms. The master room includes a queen bed with USB capable nighstands, a large closet and it's own tv. 
The second bedroom has a twin bed over a full bed to accomodate up to 3 guests. This bedroom also includes it's own tv and spacious closet. 
Can't get enough of the outdoors??? Enjoy a nice swim in the complex's pool directly outside your front door.
