Welcome to the exclusive community of La Jolla Shores, CA.

This Ocean-front home is located in one of the most beautiful beach communities in Southern California, La Jolla Shores.

Enjoy endless sunsets and expansive ocean views. Boasting nearly 3,000 square feet of living space that features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen with all SS appliances, featuring a Dacor 6-burner stovetop, a double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and pantry. Enjoy views of the Pacific ocean while preparing meals in the kitchen, or while enjoying a meal in the dining room. Enjoy the view from the bistro table off the kitchen which looks out across the living room to the large deck overlooking the ocean.
There is one bedroom and full bath located on this level of the house.
The lower level of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a laundry room, and an outdoor small heated, jetted, pool with mini grotto, swim up bar and 2 expansive outdoor decks. Experience beach living as it is known.

This fully furnished home is directly across from Kellogg Park and a 3 block walk to restaurants, shops, La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and so much more. The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as ample casual eateries, shops, and galleries. Soak in the La Jolla sun with local surf and stand up paddle boarding lessons, a kayak tour of the La Jolla Caves as well as snorkel, sailing and jet skiing adventures. La Jolla shores is the best beach for walking, surfing, swimming and kayaking. You need only bring your beach clothes and evening attire.
With its incredible seaside location, staggering views of the sparkling surf, wide sandy beach, and breathtaking sunsets this La Jolla Shores beach house is a vacation home you ll never forget.

Home was well supplied and host, Linda, was very accessible if needed. Wonderful location across the street from the park and beach. Several outdoor sitting spaces and indoor 2nd level all around windows to enjoy sunshine, sunsets and watching people and surfers on the beach. Huge master bedroom, other bedrooms smaller. Swim jet in spa was great. Walking distance to restaurants a plus. 2 sets of entrance stairs (one outdoor, one indoor) seemed more amenable to singles/couples than families. Wonderful area to show off San Diego to 2 out of town couples escaping northern cold and snow.

The furniture is getting older and could use some updating. The location could not be better. Sunsets are amazing and the beach is 500 feet away. Close to everything.

Beautiful property located across the street from a beach access point- walking distance to a few restaurants, our VERY favorite Italian restaurant Piatti - EXCELLENT!! We mostly used Lyft to get around. Kitchen well stocked- Keurig machine. No ice maker- ice trays. Pool is large hot tub with jets- very great!! Very relaxing and private. Beach is nice walk from one end to the other. Comfortable beds- no chest of drawers for clothes- just hang them up- plenty of hangers. Toe-locks on sliding glass doors- host was SO helpful with any of our needs!! Amazing home!!

This was our third time at this home and it was wonderful. There are a lot of nice updates and you cannot beat the location. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay. This was our favorite property by far (and we come every year). I felt the interior was nicer than the photos, which usually doesn't happen! The location cannot be beat and the breeze inside felt amazing. My only complaint was that we were not allowed to turn on the waterfall in the spa, which was the main reason I chose this property over one with just a lap pool.

I stayed here with my family to attend my son's graduation. What can I say, the house is wonderful. Great living room so we could sit - talk - and reconnect. My great niece and nephew spashed in the pool while the rest of the family enjoyed the magnificent view from the balcony. The hosts responded to any of my inquiries immediately. This place is truly a home away from home.

Blown away, perfect stay!

Every year my friends and I (5 other ladies) take a trip together for relaxation and fun. This was by far the most luxurious property we’ve stayed at. Everything about the property was perfect! We loved coming home in the evening and relaxing in the pool/hot tub, so much fun! Although we didn’t cook, we loved having the spacious kitchen with everything needed if we had wanted to. We did prepare some large charcuterie platters and had lots of snacks and plenty of room for all of our beverages, etc in the frig’.The beds were so comfortable and we all slept well. The full length mirrors with outlets available in the 2 downstairs bedrooms made sharing so easy-no having to coordinate bathroom time for getting ready. The master suite was out of this world with two separate showers and completely separate sink/ counter areas. We loved being able to load up the cart and walk to the beach to spend a few hours in the sun. The unit is a short walking distance from several great restaurants (Breakfast at Shorehouse Kitchen was amazing!). It’s also a quick and reasonable Uber into the Village of La Jolla or into San Diego. We did the walk from the unit to the Coast Walk Trail and into La Jolla; the views were breathtaking. Our last evening we enjoyed the most incredible sunset from the upper deck; what a way to cap off a perfect trip. Linda and Noel were so easy to communicate with and were so gracious with my questions and requests. We would love to stay there again!

Perfect House in Perfect Location

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from SDSU and it was the perfect beach location. We took advantage of the great restaurants and fun bars within walking distance. The pool was an added bonus.

Perfect location in La Jolla

We had a fantastic week visiting San Diego as a family. Location in La Jolla is walking distance to some shopping and restaurants, plus beach, kayaking and surfing right across the street! Convenient to the zoo, Coronado and other locations as well. House is amazing and everyone enjoyed the pool/hot tub!

Wedding weekend

This house was just as pictured, and we had a wonderful stay for a family wedding. We didn't actually get to spend a whole lot of time in the house, but everything was very clean, all in working order, and had amazing views of the Pacific. We want to stay again in the summer when the weather is a little warmer!

Perfect location!

The home is perfectly located - views of the beach, walk across street to beach and park, walk just a few blocks (4-6) to local shops and restaurants, and easy walk to La Jolla cove to watch seals and sea lions and enjoy the larger shopping/restaurant district. Easy driving from driveway to lots of fun things to do: gliderport, Torrey pines hiking, etc. the home is exactly as pictured, well supplied, and clean. With 5 adult family members, we especially appreciated the number of separate bathrooms, outdoor patios on every side, and living space of the home. Rain showers were amazing. Spa was enjoyed every day during our trip. As others mention, outdoor cushions were not comfortable but the views make up for this minor issue. We will be back!!

Unbelievable vacation away with the best of friends

Us seven girls have been friends for around 30 years. We wanted to celebrate big but also wanted to just relax and enjoy what La Jolla had to offer. This house was INCREDIBLE! Linda was extremely responsive and so nice. The pool/ hot tub was nothing we’ve ever experienced in such a private setting. It was perfect after a long day of exploring the area. Even if the temperature was 40 degrees at night the “pool” could warm up enough to be very cosy warm. The waterfall is no longer functioning due to the neighborhood noise ordinance. It was a bummer initially but it was still amazing. The living areas are so clean and large enough for so many different types of families or groups. It’s 4 beds (each in its own private room) and the couch was also a lovely place to sleep if needed. The inside fireplace was so lovely as well while playing games etc. The location is right by the beach and you can hear/see the ocean even with the windows closed. Even though it’s overlooking the public beach parking it’s still great. It’s so amazing how clean and safe it is day and night. There are great shops, restaurants, places to get anything you need within a very short walk. La Jolla cove is a 30 min walk from the property as well! Thank you for an unforgettable long weekend.

Noel is a native of San Diego & Linda migrated to San Diego in 1978. Both have had long careers in the real estate industry. They own and manage several rental properties throughout San Diego, La Jolla, and Del Mar, with this property being one of seven vacation rental homes.
We pride ourselves being hands-on owner/managers. We try to do our best to accommodate our guests.
We live close to the property, and have a full-time maintenance person available to handle any unforeseen situation that may arise during your visit.
When we decided to offer vacation homes we made a conscience effort to stock our home completely, from the kitchen to the linens, to the beach and recreational equipment. We wanted our guests to be able to not have to worry about packing extra linens, bicycles, beach chairs, etc.

We purchased this particular home in the community of La Jolla Shores because of its ocean-front location. We felt the size, location, proximity to the water, and fabulous ocean views would make this home a great vacation rental for families wanting to spend time at one of the most beautiful beaches in San Diego. You have walkability to the quaint village of La Jolla Shores to shop, dine, rent sporting equipment, or grab a frozen yogurt on a hot day. We are also only a five-minute ride to downtown La Jolla. There is a multitude of things to do in the area from water sports, golfing at Torrey Pines, visiting the Birch Aquarium, or just relaxing at the beach.

You cannot beat this location if you come to San Diego to enjoy the beach.
