Welcome to Paradise! We just put in new Vinyl Plank Flooring, NEW Bedding and NEW Decor!

This waterfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo has a SPECTACULAR lake view that goes on for miles! It also has the afternoon shade in the Summer. Located in the Heart of Osage Beach close to all the activities the lake has to offer at the 21 MM by water. The condo is very clean and decorated for the lake feel

The living room has all new furniture with TV/Cable a sofa sleeper and a view that will impress! Enjoy our new Electric Fireplace that will make you feel cozy and warm while enjoying the views of the lake! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs and stools at the bar. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with TV/cable. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed with a TV/Cable. We also have a Queen sofa sleeper in the livingroom.
This condo sleeps 7 people in beds. We offer a free wireless internet connection, linens and bath towels along with a full size washer and dryer.


The Ledges Condominium complex is located at the 21 MM and has it all including 2 swimming pools and a swim beach. The first swimming pool is on the main channel, so relax and watch the boats go by on the lake. The second pool is equipped for children and adults and is located on the second tier and close the sandy swim beach area. Fishing off the docks is fun and there is a small playground for the kids! We have all the entertainment you could want at the lake! The outlet shopping mall is only 5 miles away. The condo is also just minutes away from all the shops, miniature golf courses and go-cart tracks found on Highway 54. Some of the best restaurants and night clubs are close by. We are also close to medical facilities, Lake Regional Hospital is just minutes away. Surdyke Marina is close where you can rent a boat, personal watercraft, launch your boat and keep your trailer is right next door to the complex for your convenience. We welcome you to come and stay at our wonderful condo and are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

This is a great location with a beautiful view of the lake. Even though we were there in October and it was a little cool, we spent a great deal of time on the deck. There was still plenty of boat activity going on. It is also very convenient to plenty of caves, hiking and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Love the lake view from inside. It was cold so we couldnt spend alot of time on the balcony but.... the view was just as good from inside. It was nice to have a cozy electric fireplace as well. I highly recommend.

Paradise on the lake

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The best part was just being able to sit and see the beautiful Lake right outside the big windows. It was easy check-in process and very clean and nice accommodations

Wonderful place!

We really enjoyed the condo for our time at the Lake. It was perfect for our retreat and we were able to unwind from our work day and look at the view! Wished we would have been able to stay longer for working. Location was great and it was quiet!

Roomy condo and responsive owner. Reasonably priced. My only complaint was it could have been cleaner. It was not terrible, a few dirty dishes and toilets were not clean. Everything else was good.

Clean and comfy

The condo was spotless and newly updated with great decor! I really enjoyed the deck in the evenings after work and loved watching the boats go by. Amazing views from living room, bedroom and deck!

Great stay

The location was perfect! Loved watching the lake for my morning coffee!! Very clean! Plenty of blankets and pillows for a large group. Having 5 kids the couch was great for being a pull out couch. Would go back for another stay!!!

Absolutely gorgeous view of the main channel

First off, I loved having a king sized bed in master bedroom, that was super nice to have for the week! The views - if you’re looking for a stunning main channel view in the Ozarks, stop looking, this is it - book this condo! We loved this place!

Best bed.

The condo was great. It's king size bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The only problem we had was some construction and want able to pack in front of condo.

Great location and might stay again

Great place to stay. The condo it self could use some updates. (New floors) and power wash the deck. We went to Walmart bought and replaced the air filter. Over all had a great time and plan to be back .

The place was clean and had beautiful views. The second bedroom did not cool off as well as the other rooms, it was very warm sleeping. Also, many of the doors had upgraded keypad locks which would have been nice instead of having to carry a key around. The kitchen items were very mismatched and outdated but did have everything we needed. The management team was very attentive and answered any questions we had quickly. This place is very well run and would recommend it to friends and family!

Sibling reunion

This was our second stay at this condo. The hosts are very accommodating and respond quickly for any of your needs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. The stairs could be a problem for anyone disabled since it is on the second level but not a problem otherwise.

The condo was as advertised and we had a great stay. Very convenient to all activities in Osage Beach. Many restaurants with short drives. Property was in good condition except for the broken lock on the balcony sliding door. Thus, unable to secure the condo completely. We did notify the host and were told the owner likes to fix items in the condo and will fix next time they are at the condo. Would stay in the future and highly recommend to others.

Poor Housekee

The view was excellent, however, the condo was not. Baseboards, door and window frames, blinds and air exchange vents were covered in dust. Sliding door to washer/dryer was broken. Used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Fireplace in the picture is just "decorative". Will not consider staying in this unit again.

Okay condo

4 of us stayed and had plenty of room, and we liked the location. However, we felt the condo wasn’t very clean. Beds were old, as were the linens. The dishwasher was very noisy. The directions for turning on the hot water heater weren’t clear and we were sent the incorrect internet password. The tv in the guest room wasn’t working. I guess we were just looking for something a little more upscale.

First Time in the Ozarks

The condo is very comfortable. Loved watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Easy to get to from the highway, and reasonably short drive to restaurants and attractions.
