• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.

This iconic Cayucos beach home is in an incredible location with spectacular views, beach access, and a layout to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Designed by local architect George Nagano, the 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has interesting architectural features and artistic design with its warm redwood and floor to ceiling glass walls. Guests will enjoy such features as the double sided fireplace in the living room/dining room for cozy nights watching the sunset and the outdoor atrium- a wonderful space to relax with your family or friends, with BBQ, grassy area, and plenty of seating. The master bedroom is upstairs above the front panorama room, while the other sleeping areas are all downstairs.

• A bonus 5th sleeping space located off the garage features a twin and queen sized bed with a sliding glass door to the atrium. Access to this room is through the garage off the main home, or through the atrium.
