Villa San Martino, is an independent villa that hosts 6 - 8/9 people, (3 bedrooms + double sofa bed in the living room) and is located in an idyllic private wooded garden of cypresses and oaks, with a large lawn area for taking the sun and a part paved around the private swimming pool, surrounded by terracotta pots covered with lush red geraniums.

The main gate opens the private road to the villa, which has 6 independent entrances, since it was completely built on the ground floor.

A villa of desires that offers relaxation, privacy, quiet, sun and the pleasant warmth of an architectural style that combines the essential Tuscan rustic style, with exposed beams and terracotta floors and a similar English cottage; we could say country cottage, comfortable and surrounded by nature, tastefully furnished and with a feeling of life. Furthermore, from Villa San Martino you can take enchanting walks through the lush colorful landscape that characterizes the area, immersed in drop-down vineyards and silver olive groves.

The Villa was built in 1964.

A large covered terrace, which opens in front of the living room, offers excellent opportunities for outdoor dining and for keeping an eye on the children playing in the pool, located right in front of this terrace. The terrace is covered with wooden beams supported by stone columns, very welcoming and relaxing, with wicker armchairs and a long wooden table.

The swimming pool in front measures 5 meters x 10 meters.
Paved and equipped with deck chairs, surrounded by the flat lawn. Near the swimming pool there is a gazebo, with wooden benches, which creates a pleasant shaded area among the surrounding cypresses.

Garden maintenance service and pool cleaning (2 times a week, 3 in very hot periods).

The heating is powered by diesel; will be charged at the current cost at the time of use based on consumption.
