sitting on three lots with 6 parking spaces. Decorated using an "Aloha" theme with spacious rooms and high ceilings, the house is steps from the ocean. Huge waves for surfers
on Silver Strand and there is "Baby Beach" with shallow water within walking distance for a kayaking, swimming, paddle boards & sunbathing. Great for all ages, bicycles available.

The space
This is a three story home. Bedrooms are as follows: Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed with two twin beds and an outside patio. Master Bedroom # 2 has a king bed with outside patio. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a double bed and is also used as a game room with a poker table
and sitting area. There is a bathroom connected to the
game room. This area has been referred to as the "Man Cave" or the "She Shack". It is a fun room. Silver Strand Beach is a surfer's paradise and the fact that just down the street is another beach called "Baby Beach," extends the beach area to smaller children or to kayak on the bay
and swim in more swallow protected waters.
