The condo features a king-size bed with full size bath , the 2nd bedroom has 3 bunk beds and a full bed that sleep 4 or 5 with a full bath. I also have a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer.

Very deceiving regarding location and NO elevator. We were on the 3rd floor with 2 elderly people. The next door renters complained about the same thing. And you are right on top of pickleball where they play non stop. Good for them not good for quite. Otherwise close to ocean and restaurants. Definitely not clean

What a weird thing to claim. There is not one single call, text or email about anything being wrong, you stayed the entire time, and you wait till you get home to be a keyboard warrior? Stop fibbing, you booked it on line after you looked at 55 photos. You didn’t say a word at check in, according to the rental agreement you had 3 hours to bring any issue to my attention I walk thru my house after every clean, it was spotless, every pillow, sheet, comforter, and piece of furniture, spotless. There are no 3rd floor units at my complex, you had covered parking for 2 cars, you were on the second floor. Pickle and tennis courts lights go out at 10 pm, as most guests go on vacation to have fun. I invite you to find a secluded place where you will not be bothered by vacationers having a great time. May we suggest Gilligan’s Island?

The condo was actually bigger than expected and we loved it. Right in the pickle ball courts so we had fun playing pickle ball. The only thing that I wished was included was chairs for the beach. With what you pay they could be included. We have stayed in lots of condos in SPC and this was the first that didn’t include chairs. But not a reason we wouldn’t stay again. Just a thought.

Great place, great location, i would recommend it. The living room armchair showed signs of wear and heavy discoloration ( please replace ). Owners old jet ski and golf cart took up some parking room underneath the unit and I could not entirely fit my truck and seadoo. This was a problem.

Our stay in Destin, Florida, was perfect. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and in an ideal central location. The property itself was exceptionally clean, and the private beach was easily the highlight—exactly what my wife was hoping for.

Weekend Beach Getaway

We’ve stayed at Sand Piper Cove several times and always enjoy our stay! The unit was perfect for our beach weekend getaway.

Fun relaxing beach vac

Lovely relaxing beach vacation. Clean, charming home. Appreciate that they allowed us to bring our dog. Our family had a lovely time!

Amazing property

Fantastic property, with great amenities. Also included two beach chairs and an umbrella at the most amazing beach right across the road. The pools were amazing at the resort. Communication by property management was excellent as well.

Great Stay

Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, great communication with Property Manager (Lewis). Checkin was very easy. Everything was as expected. Very much enjoyed our stay. Super pet-friendly community.

The unit itself was clean! But the utensils and pots and pans were not. Neighbors loud at times and pickle bar courts are right out the back and the lights are very bright at night. Overall our stay was fine for what we needed!

The condo was wonderful. We love location, great distance to no’s to do. Love having access to the beach just directly across the street. The restaurant that is within walking distance Louisiana Lagniappe is very good food.

Pretty beach house across street from ocean

I like that the guards were on duty 24 hours. The property allowed our dog and he loved the home. He slept well and so did all 3 of us. I liked the very long veranda balcony alot that had a view of the bay and boats. The inside was even prettier than the pictures.

I love Destin!!!! Sandpiper cove is the best place to stay love the neighborhood. It has a private beach and I really enjoy spending nights at the beach!!!!!

Spacious and Clean

The property is on the second floor-3 flights of stairs to get there.The property was wonderful! Well equipped. Nice location(walking distance to the beach and next to the pool). There is a private covered parking - nice bc finding parking spots at Sandpiper Cove can be difficult. The only con is that the water pressure is low, but hopefully they will fix that. Hope to be back next year/

In love with the property

Great property

Great location and terrific property for our recent visit to Destin. We visit regularly but decided to bring our dog this time so it was our first stay at Sandpiper Cove. The property was clean and comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amenities in the resort (tennis courts outside the room, restaurant a short walk away) were an added bonus. Keuring was a nice, unexpected perk in the kitchen (if I would have known I would have brought my own pods). Only suggestions were to have more than one dish towel and dishwashing cloth for a week stay and to have a mat for dog food/bowls. That aside, we would definitely go back to this property and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Holiday Isle area of Destin.

Beautiful property

I love this property. Location was perfect. Gated community. Private access to beach. I have to say how much I love the property. Upgrade appliances. I always have to bring my big pot since we love to cook. But I didn’t have to use mines this time. There’s literally everything you need. There’s also an instant pot. The unit is very well insulated. I can’t even hear anything from outside. It’s really quiet. Will definitely book again. I even recommend friends and family

Sandpiper Cove Condominiums

The condo was beautiful! It was very modern and had a beachy theme. My kids were so excited that not only did they have bunkbeds, but there was a deck with a beautiful view. We loved staying there! We had some problems with the wifi, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend staying there!
