Our Clearwater Vacation 1BD Beach Rental is centrally located to all attractions about 7 min drive away from Gulf Coast of Mexico at Clearwater Beach and all popular restaurants perfect for families and small groups of friends that want an affordable stay in Florida. We hope that your stay is as pleasurable as possible.

This newly renovated condo includes all new furniture for your comfort. Free Wi-Fi through the condo and cable smart TV and that connects to Netflix etc. We have included beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, towels and beach, etc). Very clean! Large parking free for vehicles. The condo has 1 bedroom with Queen Size Bed (2 ppl) along with an on suite 1 full Bathroom and a Smart TV with cable. In the living room it has a 2 pull out sofa beds which fits another (4 ppl). We provide the kitchen appliances and accessories so that you can enjoy your stay. The breakfast table and dining experience is located directly on the island of the kitchen that fits another 6 people with a granite top. Coffee table turns into a work desk. Please note that there are surveillance cameras only in the exterior common areas example (front entrance and back exits) for everyone’s protection throughout the building and condos.
