This newly renovated first floor condo is your perfect vacation oasis. This property is very well situated in a gated community. We are located only 3.5 miles from the beach (Clearwater Beach - voted most beautiful beach in the USA in 2016). Several restaurants, a shopping center and a supermarket (Publix) are located within a close walking distance. A public bus is availlable in front, taking you to all nearby attractions. Several golf courses are nearby (5 minute drive) as well as the Pinellas Trail for those who enjoy walking, running and biking.

This 1 bedroom condo is your home away from home. With cozy bamboo flooring and fully furnished, all you have to do is walk in and enjoy. Situated in a gated community, this property offers a heated pool, fitness centre and clubhouse just steps away. Located on the ground floor, this unit offers easy access as well as a lovely patio.

For the comfort of all guests this is a NON-smoking and NO pets Condo.

Clearwater Gem

This property was perfect for our stay in Clearwater. It was clean, bright and well-appointed with everything we needed. It was a great location with quick access to Clearwater Beach which had great shopping and dining options. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the Clearwater area.

Great Stay!

The condo was perfect for the two of us during our short stay exploring the Clearwater area. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there are two good restaurants next door to the property complex. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely pool area as well. The host was very welcoming and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent property

Centrally located to everything. If the hip hop Clearwater Beach isn't your thing, there is Sand Key park which is very laid back. The condo is well maintained and property manager communicates frequently to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

This was the best vacation ever!

My husband and I had the best time in Clearwater. The property was better than we anticipated. The host Robert was great. We loved the property, and it was close to everything, beaches and restaurants. For biking enthusiasts, the trails in the area are awesome. We would recommend this property to everyone. 5 star rating! Can't wait to go back!

Sunnyside Pavilion

Very nice condo is everything you need in the condo. It has an induction stove which I was impressed by I want to get one. Close to a restaurant called Abe's place good food and drinks in walking distance. The outsde property is well maintained. This is our third year here and The first tome in this condo ,we'll be back again

Winter visit

Great experience at this one bedroom/one bath condo. Exceptionally clean and well-stocked. First floor so no carrying things up and down steps. Enjoyed walking around the grounds to get steps in. Heated pool. Easy accessibility to Clearwater beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Loved it!

A cozy retreat

We are confirming all the positive reviews we read about this rental property is absolutely true. The condo was just the right size for a couple. It was clean (very important to us) and it had all the amenities one would need for a vacation. Shopping was just across the street which was very convenient. Our Host, Robert was just a delight. Very personable and informative. We had a few giggles! We have no doubt that everyone would be thrilled staying at this location. Thank you for a lovley time!

Wonderful!

This condo was lovely and contained everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciated all of the updates in appliances, including washer and dryer, and even an "Alexa" to control indoor temperatures, music, and everything you need to know. Our host, Robert, was readily available to answer any questions. Small details such as a cleaning package and Keurig coffee maker were thoughtfully provided. It's in a great location - close to beaches, grocery store and shopping, with Abe's restaurant is right next door. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool area. We felt very safe and secure. Thank you Robert, for providing us with a great condo experience!

Awesome condo

Great experience from the beginning to the end. Robert was very helpful and very organized. Condo has every thing you’d ever need. Very clean and a great pool would defiantly stay here again. Close to everything also, thanks for a great vacation!

Condo was in fabulous shape, very clean and updated. Robert responded very quickly when we had a couple of questions. Kitchen was well stocked. Two beach chairs also included as well as pool and beach towels. Grocery right across the street and several good restaurants close by. Clearwater Beach is fantastic.

Avalon Clearwater was a great place to stay!

The owner, Robert, was great to work with and paperwork, etc. was a breeze. My son and I spent a week at his condo. The condo is easy access to all the beaches around and we loved being able to come back to peace and quiet after busy days going to various spots. We were able to spend a small amount of time in the pool. One of the best pools I have seen! This condo was fully equipped. Kitchen items were great, laundry area, games to play, easy to use the Murphy bed, screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Thank you also for the Welcome container!

Perfect getaway for week, don’t waste money in a hotel!

I stayed in this condo while my friends rented 3 others in the same complex. They were jealous of this one! The hardwood floors and tile made so much more sense than carpet. The decor is modern and clean. And having a washer and dryer was great. Coming home with a suitcase of clean laundry was a luxury I never knew I needed. Even down to the keypad lock was nice, never have to worry about bringing keys to the pool! I even got into town a few hours early from checkin and I called the owner and he let me in early and remotely with the keypad. The beach is a 5 min drive and there are tons of restaurants in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing

We loved the condo the area was great close to everything we wanted to do. Clean and quiet. Bed was to hard for us but everything else was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone.
