If you’re looking for a Gulf-front property in Seacrest Beach for your next family getaway, look no further than Blue Tide #8A. Wake up to gorgeous views, lounge by the pool, and while away the hours doing absolutely nothing or everything imaginable, it’s totally your choice!



Blue Tide #8A is a beautiful condo with one bedroom and one bath accommodating up to six. Comfort and relaxation await in this open-concept retreat with cozy furnishings designed to showcase the stunning beachscape directly outside. Watch a movie on the flat-screen TV in the living room or open the sliding glass door, let the coastal breezes wash over, and settle in for a catnap. You’ll find everything needed in the fully appointed kitchen to prepare snacks for the beach or full meals for the whole family. Retire in the master bedroom with a king-sized bed while the kids settle into the built-in bunk nook with twin over twin bunks. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so everyone is guaranteed a good nights sleep. You’ll also find a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.



Catch some rays at the community pool or head to the beach, just steps away, but remember, there’s plenty to see and do in the area beyond Seacrest Beach. Swing by The Hub, a nearby family-friendly gathering spot, with sprawling lawns and outdoor spaces surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. If you’re looking for something more adventurous, rent a bike and explore the nearby communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach for a sun-filled, fun-filled afternoon. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

The location was amazing. The house was clean and a really nice size. Love that we had our own little patio spot. The only issues we had was the listing for the beach chairs and umbrellas was wrong and we had to call several different people to figure out how we could accommodate all six of our people. Thankfully the actual business was on the beach and helped us out but Scenic Stays needs to update their amenities and be up to date with who they’re doing business with because that was exhausting to try and get everything together before we got there (and it wasn’t even resolved until we got on the beach). Also, us having six people, which the listing says it accommodates, two rolls of toilet paper is not enough and it should reflect how many guests you allow to have in your unit. There was also no salt and pepper or coffee. Thankfully we brought our own. Another thing, all the locks on the bikes did not work. So we didn’t have access to the bikes. That should be figured out. So just little things that got annoying. Other than that, being in that area was very relaxing and nice. I would stay again and hopefully the owners are aware of these issues to prevent them moving forward.

Would love to stay here again

We had a great time. It was relaxing and a beautiful place to stay. We loved the location and ease to get to the beach. We will miss eating breakfast on the back porch while overlooking the beach.

Great and convenient location!

Pleasant stay. Clean. Love the easy access to the beach and pretty private. Only thing is, there is no lock from the inside to the front door. But overall it was just as the pictures listed.

Incredible location

Walk down the stairs and immediately on the beach. Convenient chairs and umbrellas provided which was awesome. Just down the road from Alys Beach and all the great restaurants and shops. Condo itself is perfect for a family of 4. First floor was another added convenience. Nicely decorated and all the comforts needed for a few days.

A Hidden Gem in a perfect location!

My friends and I had a great visit! The room was much cleaner and cozier than we imagined it would be and the location is perfect access to Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, the Hub, and The Old Florida Fish House. Can’t wait to go back one day!

Beach vacation

Blue Tide 8A was the perfect place for our Florida Beach getaway. Clean comfortable but best of all close to the Beach!! The beach chairs and umbrella set up was an added bonus! The beach was not crowded at all. Proximity to Panama City and Destin makes this location ideal!!

Fantastic vacation spot

Located in a very quiet neighborhood, beaches are not crowded even in high season. This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Also, property management was very responsive when we had an issue with an appliance. Highly recommended.

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our small family. It was located right on the beach and was super close to all of our favorite 30A shops and restaurants. It was so nice to sit on the porch, drink coffee and listen to the ocean. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beach chair service was an added bonus!

Great quiet location

The property is in an awesome quiet location with a private beach. The umbrella and chairs each morning on the beach is very convenient. The place could use better bathroom lighting and there’s a few broken tiles in the bathroom; however, very minor issues. Would highly recommend.
