Blue Tide #8A is a beautiful condo with one bedroom and one bath accommodating up to six. Comfort and relaxation await in this open-concept retreat with cozy furnishings designed to showcase the stunning beachscape directly outside. Watch a movie on the flat-screen TV in the living room or open the sliding glass door, let the coastal breezes wash over, and settle in for a catnap. You’ll find everything needed in the fully appointed kitchen to prepare snacks for the beach or full meals for the whole family. Retire in the master bedroom with a king-sized bed while the kids settle into the built-in bunk nook with twin over twin bunks. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so everyone is guaranteed a good nights sleep. You’ll also find a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.



Catch some rays at the community pool or head to the beach, just steps away, but remember, there’s plenty to see and do in the area beyond Seacrest Beach. Incredible location

Walk down the stairs and immediately on the beach. Convenient chairs and umbrellas provided which was awesome. Just down the road from Alys Beach and all the great restaurants and shops. Condo itself is perfect for a family of 4. First floor was another added convenience. Nicely decorated and all the comforts needed for a few days.

Great and convenient location!

Pleasant stay. Clean. Love the easy access to the beach and pretty private. Only thing is, there is no lock from the inside to the front door. But overall it was just as the pictures listed.

Would love to stay here again

We had a great time. It was relaxing and a beautiful place to stay. We loved the location and ease to get to the beach. We will miss eating breakfast on the back porch while overlooking the beach.

Great location on the beach!

This condo was on the beach which was exactly what we wanted! The guest service was communicative leading up to the stay and responsive. There was one hiccup with communication, I did arrange a mid-week cleaning that never happened and there was no communication about why. The place was overall clean but the shower had extensive mold due to very poor ventilation and had missing tiles and moisture was just sitting in these areas. The bathroom fan barely worked and that would be an overall very inexpensive fix that could make a big impact. The entire unit smells of mold and has a musty smell due to poor ventilation or maybe the ducts need to be serviced. My husband is sensitive to mold and within 24 hours was suffering with severe sinus issues and allergy symptoms. We tried to limit our time in the unit, except to sleep. The checkout directions say to undress the bed, which we did, and I was appalled at the yellow stains all over the mattress bc there was no mattress cover. Made me feel icky after having slept on it for a week. So great location, but fair condition and cleanliness. I would not rebook this condo in the future.

lovely view and great beach

Broken Glass Door

Location was great but the back door was broken and covered with Blue Tape, so the great view of the ocean was blocked unless you had the door open. I contacted guest services immediately after arrival and was told they were checking into it, but never heard anything back. The rest of the condo was great, but not happy that the view we paid for was obstructed.

Bad Communication and a Shattered Door that limited our view and didn't feel safe.

The location was great and the condo was fine, however, when we checked in, we immediately noticed that one of the sliding glass doors window was shattered and covered in blue tape. This, as you can imagine, was a hindrance to the waterfront view that we were hoping for. On Monday (we checked in on Sunday), during business hours, I called and left a message with no reply. I then texted with no reply. It wasn't until I had to call again for our hot water not working did we receive any kind of response. We were then told that the glass was on order and would not be replaced while we were there. This was unfortunate as there was a tornado warning while we were there and we left as we did not feel safe with an exterior door that was not intact. I asked if there could be a concession, to which I again, received no reply. While I understand that things happen and sometimes cannot be avoided, the communication was poor and customer service was severely lacking.

Great quiet location

The property is in an awesome quiet location with a private beach. The umbrella and chairs each morning on the beach is very convenient. The place could use better bathroom lighting and there’s a few broken tiles in the bathroom; however, very minor issues. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay by the beach

We had a blast at Blue Tide. Even with a double red day, with the proximity to the Chill and Rosemary beach we were able to use bikes and go everywhere, avoiding the crazy traffic. The chair service is superb, and Frankie is a gem. The home is beautifully decorated. Maintenance came quickly to repair an issue. My only complaint is that the text that we could check in early came on Monday, when we had already been in the condo since Saturday, and we had spent the afternoon trying to keep busy until check in, when had we known to check emails- we would have seen the code to get in early.

Beach vacation

Blue Tide 8A was the perfect place for our Florida Beach getaway. Clean comfortable but best of all close to the Beach!! The beach chairs and umbrella set up was an added bonus! The beach was not crowded at all. Proximity to Panama City and Destin makes this location ideal!!
