Wake up to the serene views and sounds of the emerald coast in your backyard in this ocean side retreat on the renowned 30A - then spend your day soaking up the sun & salt on the white sandy beach. This property offers everything you need for the perfect 30A getaway, including an inviting master suite, twin bunks, a queen sleeper sofa, a private beach, all the creature comforts of home and most of all, a breathtaking view! The decor is meant to capture the natural feel of the beach with Saltillo tile and earth tones. It is truly a slice of heaven!

Seamist is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach directly on scenic highway 30A. You can easily bike up and down the coast to first class shopping and restaurants. Some of the favorite local restaurants include The Hub, Shunk Gulley, Bud & Alleys in Seaside, Old Florida Fish House, and our favorite Pescado in nearby Rosemary Beach.

30A offers so much for the whole family including deep sea fishing, award winning golfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, fantastic shopping, outdoor concerts, or just relaxing on the beautiful white sand beaches.

Book it now! Absolutely amazing!! The view was phenomenal! When we arrived the WiFi wasnā€™t working, but it was quickly resolved with a simple text to the wonderful hosts. We couldnā€™t have asked for better place to stay!

Only steps away from the beautiful white sand/ocean

This was one of our best vacations to date. The condo had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the ocean, and only steps away from the white sand and ocean. Anything you needed was close by. We visited Alys Beach, Rosemary, Seaside, Grayton. We loved it all. We are already planning our stay for later this year and next year!!

We've stayed at SeaMist a few times now. And this property never disappoints. We booked originally and then decided to add a day. Easy communication and the day was added. We love that the property is close to everything, but without the crowds! I'm sure we'll be back again!

Sadly I cannot give this experience a 5. Firstly, our check in time was 4ā€¦. I had to message the host thru the app with no reply. Then had to submit a reservation interest to even get someone to reply to me for an access code. Almost 2 hours after our check in time!!!! Communication from host was terrible!! No check out procedure either. Itā€™s as if they didnā€™t exist. That said the place was clean enough. With the exception of the only extra blanket which was horribly disgusting. And they utilized an intense oil diffuser to cover a mild mold smell. The space really can only accommodate 2 adults and 2 younger aged kids on the bunks if thatā€™s a need. We wanted to have a beautiful honeymoon experience and the lack just diminished that for us. I canā€™t say it was terrible but the highlights were from nature and location not the accommodation itself. The photos are accurate but when adding the other components it just falls a bit flat. Sometimes the hotel experiences can just be better. Wish we had done that for this trip.

Amazing location but decent service!

The location and cleanliness of the property was amazing! We loved the back porch and walked straight down to the beach every day! Only complaint is the communication with the property manager was nonexistent and we had no info on how to check in / check out. I had to touch base with the property owner myself. One small thing was that there was only one small sample pack of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent (no dish soap at all) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the stay which didn't seem sufficient for a whole family and we only stayed 4 days, so just keep that in mind! Would have also been nice if there was at least coffee for an extra little touch as well, but that's just me being nitpicky. I think the small touches is truly what makes a property even more enjoyable! Overall, gorgeous location and we had the best time :)

Wonderful Vacation!

We are a family of 6. The condo is small and one bathroom was pushing it with 6 of us but we managed pretty well. The condo was clean and very convenient to the beach. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. The listing listed a hot tub on property but that was inaccurate, and the owners removed it from the amenities. We didnā€™t have sheets and blankets for the pullout couch and the owners werenā€™t responsive to my message about that. I had to contact the local cleaning company to bring some over the following day. They were very nice. The beach wasnā€™t crowded at all and it was the perfect location for convenience and ease. The condo only had 4 beach towels so that was tricky for our family of 6. Wished I had known to bring some. Overall, we would come back and visit again!

Best ocean view ever

We vacation on the Florida Gulf about every other year, so out of approximately 20 other properties we've booked, Seamist has the best view of the ocean we've ever had. This is the perfect getaway if your main objective is the beach. We literally walked down the steps to the beach every day and were set in about 5 minutes. Then, we were about 5 minutes away from a shower or food. Thanks again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I adore this place. Small, Intimate building right on the beach. The view from the porch was amazing. We watched the Sunrise while drinking our coffee & watched the sunset on the beautiful deck. My Husband got some amazing shots flying his drone from the porch. We loved the ambience of the whole place. Decorated beautifully and very clean. Our boys enjoyed the bunk beds. Perfect size for our family of 4. Steps from the beach. Having Dillionā€™s Beach Services set up our chairs every day was worth every penny. Thank you for a great, relaxing week!

Almost perfect!

We loved being so close to the beach! It was lovely to eat our dinners out on the porch and listen to the waves! I would note a few things for future guests. #1 The property only provides 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry detergent packet, and 1 dishwasher detergent packet; so if youā€™re staying for a week, you will need more. The property lacked some basic amenities like pepper, cooking oil, cooking spray, foil, plastic bags, etc. The property has pans, dishes, and salt. If you need anything else for preparing meals, you should bring it! Also, the property has a Keurig coffee maker, but doesnā€™t provide any Keurig coffee pods/cups. So if youā€™re a coffee drinker youā€™ll want to bring some! I wish I knew these things before we left so that I could have bought those supplies somewhere cheaper than the nearby Publix. #2 The property has a contract with Dillon Beach Services, which means you canā€™t hire any other beach chair service. We booked with them, but they didnā€™t come to set up until 9am. Our kids are early risers and we were on the beach at 6am and other companies had their chairs out, but our company wasnā€™t there until 9am. Luckily, we claimed a spot on the beach with our towels and sand toys. But if youā€™re not out on the beach claiming a spot by 7am then youā€™re going to be behind other people and beach chairs. #3 Our reservation information said check out is at 11am, but we got a text from the property manager the night before saying our check out time was 10am. So that just made us a little more rushed. Overall, it was a great first beach experience for our kiddos!

What a view!!!

The view from this condo is amazing! Itā€™s the best one weā€™ve ever seen at the beach. You step out the back door to the cute porch and down the steps to the beautiful beach. The condo is decorated very well and is so cozy. We had a peaceful, relaxing vacation and highly recommend this unit for a couple.

When we decided to buy a property on 30A our top priority was proximity to the water. We wanted to be steps from the beaches and be able to hear the waves. When we found Seamist it was everything we were searching for. Right on the water with breathtaking views and within close proximity to all the amazing shops and restaurants 30A has to offer.

We love being on the first floor of Seamist because you can walk right out of the unit to the lawn, where you can grill, play games, or read a book. The access to the beach is steps from the back door. The unique benefit of staying beachfront is you can come and go as you please. Gone are the days of lugging all your gear to the beach. Want a snack or a cocktail, it's only a few steps away.
