Blue Tide is one of the most sought-after properties on 30A, especially after undergoing a $2 million exterior renovation. It's situated between Alys Beach and WaterSound/The Big Chill. This 1-bedroom, ground-floor sanctuary is literally 15 steps from our private beach access stairs that lead to our large private beach. Just walk out of the door and onto the beach! IMPORTANT INFO:
- Reservations must be made by someone over the age of 25 and this person must be among the guests occupying the condo during the reservation.
- For health reasons, this is a non-smoking environment...patio included. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking lot so the second-hand smoke doesn't enter our home or disturb other guests at Blue Tide.
- No pets. We're sorry! As much as we love pets, our association does not allow guests to bring their fur babies. Fines are substantial. Thank you for following our community rules.
- All entrances are monitored by cameras (no audio) for safety purposes.
- NOTE: Main guest will be required to complete a reservation agreement, including agreeing to house rules. prior to receiving access instructions.
- NOTE: Golf carts/slingshots are not allowed on our parking lot due to limited parking for vehicles. Most areas around us, including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Prominence do not allow non-resident golf carts either, so there’s nowhere to really drive them. We do have bike rentals on-site and that’s the easiest (and most fun) way to get around!

ACCESSIBILITY:
- There is one 4" step up into the unit. Otherwise, the entire unit is on 1 level. Please note, the bathroom door is narrower than a typical bathroom door and may not be able to accommodate a wheelchair.
