The Area: This is a great place to vacation! If you have ever visited our area, then you know why you must come back. If this is your first time, well, you are in for a treat. If you are looking for a place where the water is beautiful and the sand is soft, then you have found it, the beaches of South Walton. We are pretty laid back here, there are no fast food restaurants or amusement parks, they are close by, but not on 30-A.

We pride ourselves on our bike paths, market shopping, and free concerts in the evenings where you bring the blankets and wine and relax. Once you have decided to come to our area, you will then love Blue Tide Condominiums. It is a small development of 18 units. This one is ground floor, and as you can see, the views are great! We do have a pool, if you choose not to take a swim in the Gulf.
