The Watermark is one of the most luxurious buildings in Waikiki! Located near the main Waikiki strip at 1551 Ala Wai Blvd. in one of the most convenient areas of Oahu. Featuring a full kitchen ready to for you to cook, and amazing views of Waikiki from 38 floors up! Relax in this tastefully decorated condo with all new furnishings, and everything you need to call this your home away from home. You will quickly realize this is the perfect location, in the middle of all the action Waikiki has to offer. From your condo, virtually anywhere in Waikiki is just a short walk away to beaches, restaurants, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Convention Center and much more!!

This luxury condo has central air conditioning and you can individually control the temperature in the main living spaces. There is a walk-in shower and bathtub in the ensuite master bathroom, however there is no closet. There is also a gym, and BBQ grill that guests can use. The kitchen is well equipped with Viking appliances, so you know that will work!

The Resort amenities and concierge-level service from The Watermark staff is so profound you will never want to leave!

Best View in Waikiki

Excellent view at 38th floor Manager easy to to join, had to get cushion for table chairs Should have more cooking stuff and basic spices Patio furniture need an upgrade. Washer Dryer Dishwasher, oven, Fridge all working good

Incredible Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here for a month. The location is perfect as it's not right in the middle of the tourist section so it's less busy. It's right across from Ala Moana Beach and shopping center which means you can walk there easily. They have a walking trail at Ala Moana park along the ocean. You can also walk to the main part of Waikiki but it's a little farther. I did not have a car but it's probably not a bad idea since there is free parking at the unit. The deck and views (180 degrees) are spectacular. The building is quiet and the amenities are very nice.

Watermark Penthouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If all you desire from this “luxurious” condo is a view and location, book immediately! The view is breathtaking and the location is walking distance to Waikiki & Ala Moana. If you enjoy fireworks, on Friday nights you will enjoy a grand view from the lanai. The Watermark staff are helpful and friendly. The grounds are lovely. The service from Alii Beach Rentals is superb! Rita did all that she could to make our stay pleasant, and in addition, the maintenance crew, is exceptional.This penthouse is spacious but poorly appointed. The kitchen is not fully equipped, but does have nice appliances, both big & small. Do not expect to find any kitchen essentials. Example: salt & pepper shakers are not available. No coffee filters etc. Plan a quick trip to the market to buy everything! We have stayed in several condos on Oahu during the past 20 years. Never have we found such empty cupboards! The beds are comfortable but the linens are mediocre at best. There are no extra sheets or blankets. The guest room has a closet, but no nightstand or bureau. In the master bedroom, there are two clothes racks in place of a closet. Although the room is large, it always looks cluttered! There is an office in the master bedroom which is great if you work remotely. The lanai is spacious but poorly appointed and unkempt. The cushions on furniture are stained & frayed. There is no patio set for outside dining. Again, Ali Beach Rentals came to the rescue by supplying a card table. The dining room table & chairs are not what you see in the photos. The chairs do not have any cushions and actually do not match the table! It’s old and dated. The living room is small but ok, except there is no DVR. If you like to record your favorite TV shows to watch later, set yours before leaving home. Cannot do it in this condo! On a positive note, If you love to wash clothes, the laundry room and appliances are great! Enjoy!Again, kudos t
