The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is just a few minutes’ drive. Bike rentals available at Kings Marketplace.

This location is next door to the Hilton Waikoloa resort that has great restaurants to enjoy as well as you can purchase a pool pass to their hotel pools.

Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. There is no garage access. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, and all-purpose cleaner. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Policies:
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment.

Additional cleaning service during stay would be an additional charge to guests. Please contact us for further information if interested. Must have minimum 24 hour notice to schedule additional housekeeping service.
