Come and enjoy all the amenities of a fully stocked three bedroom condominium at Hali'i Kai. Our beautiful condo (in Building 6) in Hali'i Kai (in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area) is the best value in the area.

The bedrooms offer 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twin Beds. Bringing little ones to Hawaii is not a problem as a Pack N' Play and booster seat is provided at the condo. You can relax on the lanai complete with propane grill, or head to the Ocean Club.

Hali’i Kai is one of only two oceanfront properties in Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii and is a newer complex (built in 2006), with beautiful architecture and immaculate, tropical landscaping.

Our favorite feature at Hali'i Kai is the stunning oceanfront Ocean Club featuring a large, resort quality, multi-level, oceanfront lagoon-style pool with a waterfall, partially-submerged aqua lounge chairs, children's wading area, and a hot tub with rock sand bottom, all come with 180 degree view of the Pacific! It also features an oceanfront, open air Exercise Hale with varied top-of-the-line fitness equipment. The club features several choices for outdoor covered and uncovered dining and lounging areas, spa-quality towels and facilities, as well as BBQ area. The Coconut Grove is located at the eastern part of the resort has a tropical garden with picnic tables, BBQ grills and hammocks for taking naps while swinging between coconut trees.

There is a tennis court and a half-court basketball conveniently located across from our condo at first come, first serve.

We want everyone to enjoy the opportunity to experience such a beautiful and tranquil place, so we keep our rates exceptionally low. The Resort will charge $25 + tax per night for access to the private pool, restaurant and workout area. This fee covers all guests and is paid to the resort upon arrival. However, it may be subject to change with notice. If there is a change in the fee, you will be contacted prior to check-in.

Guests will be given a a starter pack of supplies (such as detergent/paper towels and toilet paper etc) it is responsibilities of guests to provide any additional supplies needed for guests.

This condo is well-stocked, inviting, and has a nice lanai overlooking the golf course. There are glimpses of the ocean as well.A huge benefit of Halii Kai is the gorgeous ocean club, complete with its own private restaurant!

Wow! Just Wow! What a wonderful unit we stayed in. The location is Waikoloa was close to the shopping and restaurants and the petroglyph field. Amazing to see. The resorts pool, workout room, bar and restaurant was more than we expected. The kitchen was very well appointed with lots more utensils and dinnerware than we expected. WiFi was great and getting in and out of the unit and the complex felt secure and easy at the same time. We’ll Be Back!

A great rental option! The location is very convenient to a number of activities. We enjoyed the property amenities from the pool, exercise facility, tennis courts and walking trails. You can walk along the shore to the Hilton resort property or to shopping at the King's/Queen's shops. The condo is one the best appointed and provided all the necessary beach gear. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Amazing Sunsets

Our family needed a week of relaxation. This property was the perfect location to give our family everything we needed and wanted. Close proximity to Hilton Resort. The Fisherman’s trail gives you access to 2 excellent snorkel and swim beaches, Beach 49 and the Beach Club.Loved our stay here!!!

Wonderful stay - well stocked condo!!

I looked spicifically for a rental unit that had a supply of beach gear available for renters to use. Things like beach umbrellas, beach chairs, small cooler, towels, sand toys, and snorkel gear. This unit met my needs and more!! The "toy closet" was fully stocked, so was the kitchen and bathrooms! Super helpful and made the stay more comfortable.Great location - lots of nearby restaurants and shops. Not far to go in any direction on the island for adventures.Highly recommend and would stay again!

Nice place

My wife and I stayed there and brought our college graduate son/girlfriend and two of their friends. The three bedrooms makes it easy to spread out and the ground floor with Lani is perfect. This was our third trip to the resort. Pool has happy hour daily and we did notice the prices have increased here like everywhere else. We found the policy of no containers in the pool area obnoxious. This included empty water bottles or cups . The owners need to change this HOA as everyone found it unacceptable.

7 Glorious days on the Big Island

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo with our adult children and their partners (6 of us). The complex is in a beautiful location; the condo is very nice; the view from the lanai is absolutely priceless. The accommodations are very comfortable and complete. The storage room is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. The pantry had almost anything we needed for cooking. Emily was very kind to allow us a late check-out at no extra cost because of our flight time; this made a significant difference in our experience; it helped us enjoy our last day on the island fully and comfortably. We were very fortunate to be able to book this condo for our vacation and would love to return in future. Highly recommended.

A dream holiday!

Stayed here with my family over the holidays and it was perfect! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and just the perfect location! We had prime time view of whales swimming by the pool area and enjoyed some Mai Tais! Hope we can stay here again!

Nice condo

Our family of 6 stayed at this condo, very nicely decorated and comfortable. When your listing says for 6 people you should have enough seating for all to watch tv. It would have been nice had these tv’s been smart tv’s. We could have used some extra blankets in the bedrooms. Other than that it was well stocked and plenty of beach equipment.

Hawaiian Family Trip

A lovely and comfortable condo! We had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with anything we needed to prepare meals. Great supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. We loved having breakfast on the lanai and seeing the ocean in the distance. We also loved the pool. What a gorgeous view! We would relax there every day after our daily excursions and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. I’m not sure when we will be lucky enough to come back to the Big Island, but if we did, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely place to stay for our family

The condo was wonderful. There were six of us in the unit and found it very comfortable. I appreciated having a lovely kitchen, and grateful to have some condiments and pantry items available to use. The resort pool was lovely and we used it daily.

Waikoloa Paradise

Probably the best condo we have ever stayed as. The 3 bedroom unit was huge and had every amenity you could ask for. The unit was clean, modern and the beds were awesome. We loved it and of course the Halli’i Kai resort as well. I only wish we had stayed longer.

amazing stay

The condo was awesome and as listed and in a great location to watch the sunsets overnight. The only thing that we didn't't like was that we were unable to bring water into the pool area. This seemed to be a complaint from many people we talked to.

6E revisited at Hal I Kai

Three weeks at 6E. Perfect. The downside is that I have only been able to find one week at 6E in 2025. It’s pretty well the best deal at Hali I Kai, so I’ll just have to find another for the rest of the holiday. The Ocean Club is one great place to eat, watch whales, or just veg.

The condo was clean, well furnished and convenient. The property was well maintained and lovely. Walking trails around the property were very nice and convenient. The bar and restaurant by the pool were excellent. The pool was nice but smaller than we expected. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

We have a small issue in one of the bathroom in our first night but we called and managed to fixed it next day. If they can stock more toilet paper that would be nice. We ran out the toilet paper one night, we have to rush to Queen market 10 minutes before they close. Anyway, overall we still love the place and still want to come back soon. Thanks

Perfect Family Stay

This was absolutely the perfect place to stay with our teenage girls and their grandparents. The condo was in a beautiful location close to the pool, delicious ocean club restaurant, shops, and amazing beaches. It was very spacious with a fantastic lanai and everything you need to cook meals. The owner and property management were very responsive and more than accommodating. We can’t wait to plan another stay!
