4 bedroom 3.5 bath Villa with infinity pool.

Located on the ridge of Majestic Mile in Upper Carolina.
Life can be slowly savored at Palm Ridge Villa, morning coffee on the decks, a rum and tonic by the infinity edge pool in the tropical sun, a canopy of a million stars at night. We have an upper roof deck with amazing views of St. John and British Virgin Islands. Beautifully landscaped villa. Beautiful, detailed woodwork. Covered deck behind pool with shade all day.
The true privacy that this special house has to offer is wonderful, tucked away in a lush pristine Caribbean paradise. A 25 min. drive from Cruz Bay (all paved roads), a 6 min. drive to Coral Bay, and 10 min. drive to St. John's legendary powder white Northshore Beaches. Property has Tesla back up batteries and has complete power even when the island is without!

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

Beautiful home, great location, and fantastic view. The host was very responsive to questions prior to our stay. Someone met us at the house when we arrived to make sure we knew how to get there, what was available in the house, and to answer any questions. Knowing we had someone local we could text if there were any problems (there weren't!) was very reassuring.The house is quite a bit away from Cruz Bay, so be prepared for a drive if you are looking at activities and dinners there. Coral Bay was much closer, and convenient for dinner and shopping options. Just not as varied as Cruz Bay. The north beaches were very convenient to the house. We tried them all, plus a hike, and a trip out to Lime Out - all were within about 15-20 minutes drive from the house. The house was well provisioned from the kitchen, to the beach gear. Beach chairs, coolers, and dry bags were all available, if you want to get away from the beautiful pool. All in all, we had a great week!

The views, the location, the spaciousness, and the kindness of the owners and staff were outstanding. We also realize why everyone who's been to St. John falls so deeply in love with the island. Magical St John villa

Incredible views, amazing access to north shore beaches, trails, and easy drive to Cruz bay for boat excursions. The house was even better than expected- perfect spaces for family- common gathering areas and large bedrooms to have downtime. Kitchen was well stocked, and the host provided beach amenities (chairs, coolers, dry sacks) that were unexpected! We would love to return someday!

Fabulous stay!

We had a great stay! There were many helpful amenities (detergent, beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, etc) and the view was gorgeous! We loved checking out the view of Tortola from the roof deck.

Outstanding Stay!

The reviews were spot on! We loved this place! The view, house, kitchen, balcony, pool, house layout—- so smart! It had everything we could have ever needed. Sitting on the balcony in the day/evening listening to the tree frogs was pure zen. We will be back!!

Amazing views and great house

We really enjoyed our week at this house. I never got tired of the amazing views! The house was clean and spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The pool was nice for relaxing in the afternoons. Location was 15 to 24 minutes to most of the North Shore beaches. We also enjoyed the proximity to a few great restaurants in Coral Bay. We loved being on the “quieter” side of the island.

Perfect Home Base

The house was bigger than we expected! We loved everything about the house, comfy beds, close to beaches, quiet neighborhood, all appliances were in excellent condition and no issues at all. It was so nice to come back to our home base and cool off in the pool. Our favorite part was watching the sunrise with the most magnificent view. So thankful for everything.

Outstanding.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect and the views are absolutely stunning. If you were thinking about staying in Cruz Bay or another part of town I strongly encourage you to venture a little farther away and enjoy the relaxation and beauty of the island. Driving to Coral Bay or back to Cruz Bay is really easy and I wouldn’t change our itinerary a bit. We plan to stay in this property again at some point.

Great house

Check in process was great, JP met us at the jeep rental place and took us up the hill and familiarized us with the house. Even though we got to meet tropical storm "Ernesto" in person and had some island power outages, JP and the team at James Miller Properties did everything within their control to make sure we were comfortable despite the weather conditions. Not only did they warn us days before about the storm, they even shuffled some things around to accommodate us one day earlier. Hopefully you aren't there during a storm, but if you are, the house is built strong and stands up to the harshest conditions. I found it interesting that there is not one piece of sheetrock in the entire house, it's all solid concrete. The house does have a Tesla Power wall which proved to be a nice addition that we got to sample due to the island outages. We look forward to going back soon and will most definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

The pictures do not even do this house justice. The views are beautiful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great layout for our family and teens. Would stay here again in a heart beat. The drive is definitely steep with multiple switchbacks to get to the house, but the view is worth it! Loved being so close to Maho and loved the quietness of Coral Bay.

Beautiful Property

Palm Ridge was as advertised - a spacious, comfortable, beautiful property. The pool was great, and the location can’t be beat. The view from the “upper deck” was outstanding. Would recommend and hope to stay again sometime. Eric, the representative from James Miller properties, was helpful and responsive with any needs we had.

Absolutely perfect experience

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The views are even more incredible than the pictures on the site. We saw amazing sunrises every morning and spent a lot of time just sitting out on the pool deck admiring and amazing scenery. The place was very clean and very large. It had lots of beach chairs to use and even had floats for the pool / beach and an awesome hammock. We grilled out by the pool a few nights just to enjoy the house more. It's completely secluded with a ton of parking, beautiful flowers, and just everything you might need. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You cannot beat this property.

Be back again!

We had an awesome time (first) in St. John at this property. The house was perfectly listed and check in was easy. Eric was great and helped us get from the ferry to the house as we got acclimated. If you’re on the fence, pull the trigger because the views will absolutely blow you away, can’t wait to be back. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing house, spectacular views...

Words cannot describe how perfect our stay was at this amazing home. This immaculate house was fully stocked with everything you could ever need! The location was fantastic - we loved quieter Coral Bay - and we were a quick drive to some really good local restaurants. We drove to Cruz Bay quite a bit as well and loved the adventure of getting there through windy/hilly roads with phenomenal views. From this house it was only a 10-15 minute drive to the best beaches on the island. We greatly appreciated the basket of goodies left in the fridge for us when we arrived - we had a very long travel day and were starving when we arrived. That was such a nice touch. Overall - we have only great things to say about this rental and we will be returning one day!!

Stunning

The house was everything we hoped for as far as amenities and location to our favorite spots. JP kept in touch, gave a personal walk through and left us a fantastic welcome basket. This is one of our favorite destinations and this trip did not disappoint. The views from the pool are incredible! Plenty more f books, games, chairs, cooler and a great photo book with the repairs made after hurricane Irma. Thank you for having us, it was a very special trip to our family.

Paradise

We loved our stay at Palm Ridge! The location offers amazing views and seclusion but also a quick drive to Coral Bay! We loved the little welcome basket of goodies in the fridge! Pool was refreshing and overall we were highly Satisfied! We would rent the same Villa again!
