Epavli Sofia Horto, a 5-minute walk to the sea, 1st-floor apartment

Epavli (villa) Sofia is an old, traditional two-story house dating from the early 20th century that has been completely renovated with all modern amenities. Epavli Sofia is located on the Horto seafront, just 30 meters (a 5-minute walk) from the beach. The paved courtyard and the garden with artificial turf cover a total area of 308 square meters. The first-floor apartment is spacious and comfortable, with an area of 86 m². The apartment is self-contained and independent, with its own entrance via the exterior marble staircase, and is suitable for a family or group of 4 people. There are two bedrooms with built-in closets, a spacious living room with a dining table for 4–6 people, a work area, and two additional desks for guests to work from home, along with a bookshelf, a modern, well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, with a dining table for 2 people, and a bathroom with a shower stall. There is also a washing machine for guests’ laundry. Unlimited, permanent Wi-Fi is available, as well as a smart HD TV. Hot water is plentiful, provided by a solar water heater. Heating is provided by the fireplace and radiators in the bedrooms. The apartment has four balconies overlooking the sea, the mountains, the garden, and the lush green landscape nearby. The apartment is like a home away from home, where guests feel comfortable and at ease; they have their own space where they can work remotely using unlimited internet, relax on the sofa, prepare meals and eat according to their schedule—both indoors and outdoors—and wash their clothes and linens in the washing machine. They have their own dining table and portable BBQ in the garden, which is covered with artificial grass and set apart from those of other guests to ensure social distancing. Guests must keep the space clean, tidy, and free of trash during their stay and return it in the same condition upon departure. They can enjoy the proximity of Horto Beach for swimming and water sports in the calm waters of the Pagasitikos Gulf. The neighborhood is quiet, featuring country homes—no shops or cars. The house is ideal for family vacations, especially for children. It offers both seaside and mountain activities and, above all, privacy and tranquility for those who work remotely in a quiet and comfortable setting by the sea in the countryside. We rent the apartment year-round. The minimum stay is 5–7 nights depending on the season, but during the winter (December–February), the minimum stay is three months at a reduced rate; the cost of electricity and firewood for the fireplace is not included. Long-term rentals are welcome. Free parking is available in the central square and elsewhere in the village.
