This is our families 3rd time staying here. We find it extremely relaxing and peaceful. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host provides everything we need for preparing own food. Highly recommend their lovely home. View of the river excellent from the screen room. This time saw otters, deer, gator and variety of birds. Will be staying again in the future

This was my second stay in this home, and it maintained its excellence. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, the beds are comfy and the kayaks are plentiful. Highly recommend including great communication with the sellers. Hope to be back again the fall :)

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The photos do the the justice. Our only suggestion is to get an eletric kettle as I kept waking everyone else up, but that goes to show you how perfect this property is, as this is our only "complain". Thank you Karen and Kevin, we will definitely be back!

Outstanding property, great hosts!

This was amazing..we were looking for a staycation and this had everything a great view, hot tub, pool table, full kitchen, and plenty of room outside to hang out on the deck or in the screen room. We will be booking again, we highly recommend this place!

The pictures if this house and property do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful. We had such an amazing stay. We loved sitting in the screened in patio and on the deck watching the wildlife. The deck was also great for stargazing. We took the kayaks out for a spin and ended each day with a dip in the hot tub. The house itself is decorated beautifully, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you may need. The location was great as well, close to Rainbow Springs and not far from Crystal River. We can’t say enough good things about this house.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! You mentioned all my favorite spots! We’ve been seeing so much wildlife lately across the river while sitting on the deck. There’s a family of deer that have been coming down the riverbank to get their drink of water. So fun to watch! Thank you for coming and we hope to see you another time!

A wonderful relaxing location.

Wonderful property. Well appointed, lovely decor, comfortable beds, fantastic outdoor space. A real gem along the river. Great fishing, kayaking, boating (shallow in many areas with heavy underwater hazards), bird watching, close to springs and town. We were entertained in the evenings with the pool table and hot tub as well. Good internet connection. Ample parking on circular drive. Multiple stairs throughout the house with a full staircase up to the main bedroom and accessory loft. Both of the other 2 bedrooms have 1-3 stairs off the main entry foyer. One bedroom has an exterior door, no TV. Open concept kitchen is airy and bright, overlooked by the upstairs loft. Plenty of cookware and most anything needed. We would absolutely stay again!

We habe stayed here several times and we are never disappointed!! This place is amazing!! This place is my little peace of heaven on earth!! Its clean and quiet and has so much to do whether its fishing, Swimming, taking a boat ride or just relaxing on the deck and beautiful screened in porch!! We love everything about this place!!
