This private gated property, three blocks from Crescent Bay Beach (public showers/ bathroom facilities) is a great location to start your Laguna Beach Vacation!

Take a stroll downtown or walk around and see all the North Laguna Art Galleries, Antique Shops and Restaurants. There are barbecue grills at Heisler park as there is no barbecue grill at the property.

Main house/ one bedroom/ King, fully equipped kitchen, full bath/ queen convertible leather couch in living room, wood floors.
The property is surrounded by gates for added privacy!
1-2 parking spaces in the back driveway facing alley.

This house (main) is next to a separate rental which is divided by a hedge.
There is no washer and dryer on site. There is a laundromat downtown.

Enjoy Beautiful Laguna Beach!

Loved the house, has a great livingroom/kitchen area for entertaining a few friends! Beautiful coves and beaches just across PCH and downtown area is not far to walk! Had a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Best spot in Laguna

My wife and I loved this stay. Super close to Shaws Cove which is a quiet little beach with tide pools, snorkeling, etc. Only a couple blocks away. So many great restaurants and hikes close by. Being right on the pacific hwy is special. 10/10 recommend!

Almost perfect, but only for two

I rented this house because I wanted to be close to two other parts of my family who were here in Laguna near Shaw for a reunion. The house is perfectly located for access to Shaw Cove and it's an easy walk to shops, food and the thumping heart of Laguna. The kitchen is new, quite fabulous, well equipped. The big bed in bedroom is comfortable. Great television, stereo doesn't work, and here comes the big need. This property is advertised as sleeping 4, noting that there is a convertible sofa in the living room, this is true.but it is the most uncomfortable, torturous night of sleep I've had in a long time. It's an old school pull out with a mattress thinner than a Ritz cracker, and the supporting bars underneath perfectly located to get you right in the middle of your back every move you make. but it is the most uncomfortable, torturous night of sleep I've had in a long time. 1130 North Coast Hwy.

This property was a great find! It is very spacious, the kitchen has every appliance and tool that is needed and very clean. The location is north of Main Beach but the trolley service made traveling along Coast Hwy. very manageable. Enjoyed the patio areas too. What I would recommend is having hand towels in the bathroom along with either larger bars of soap or shower gel.

Laguna Beach Retreat!

We spent two and a half weeks at the cottage in Laguna Beach. It was immaculately clean when we arrived with easy access and the all important parking!. The kitchen and sitting area is large and well organized with everything that you need for staying in. A very pleasant and cozy, welcoming environment .... and only 5 minutes from the Coastal walk. Highly recommended!!!!

Wonderful Vacation Stay

This was the perfect vacation location, close to beaches and walking distance to downtown. The house was very well maintained and worked great as a meeting place for the family. The house had that beach cottage feel and charm, that makes you feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you enter. The back yard patio was quiet and clean. I would recommend a stay here if you want to relax, enjoy your family and definitely enjoy the beach.

Wonderful Vacation Cottage

Stayed in this wonderful house over July 4th with great views of the ocean from the front porch, fireworks, and easy walkable access to Crescent Bay and Shaw's Cove. Easy walk into downtown for shopping and restaurants (about a mile), and trolley was an option as well when we didn't want to walk. Great front yard for the dogs, well-equipped kitchen, and could not beat the location!

Clean and good location

My 2 teenage daughters and I enjoyed this property. Close to beaches, shopping and the trolley. We did not need a car. Everything was clean, lovely with both a front access and back alley access. Clear instructions for check- in/out.

Lovin' Laguna

Great location and property. Definitely enjoyed our time at this property. Two things to be aware of: we had trouble getting hot water in the bathroom sink - but probably an easy fix. Also, just be aware that there is a back bungalow/garage rental. This in absolutely no way hindered or interfered with our use of the back patio, parking etc. Folks who were in and out of that rental were very chill. Have no hesitation in recommending this property to others. For me - the best perk was the cottage - just absolutely lovely and I could walk to the beaches.

Wonderful cottage near the ocean

Had a great stay at this lovely cottage. Communication with host was perfect from start to finish. As others have stated, this place is right on the main road to Laguna and there is definitely road noise. But, the bedroom was super quiet. It also has a very nice private back patio area. The kitchen is huge and was well stocked. Fast wifi, comfortable bed and had everything I needed. Appreciated the off street parking in the back. Felt safe and secure. The walk to the ocean is literally 4 minutes. Would book again next time I’m in town!

Great location to enjoy Laguna Beach

Well stocked kitchen and comfortable master bedroom and living room. Pullout sofa bed was not comfortable but the mattress on the floor worked. Lighting in the master bedroom and bathroom was lacking. But the closeness to the beach and town made it very enjoyable.

A Great Stay!

This is my third stay at this property. It is an easy stay! Easy walk to the beach and downtown. As it is on the trolley line, it’s a great way to check out the area via the free trolley. Grocery store within walking distance. Host is communicative and kept me informed of an area power outage prior to my arrival. I ended up not renting a car this trip. On prior trips, the car sat in the parking spot: it’s so easy to get around without a car! The house is as pictured and is very clean. I will definitely book again!

Great Location

We had a nice time. Great location. Walkable for people that like to walk to the beach and to downtown Laguna. A couple good restaurants that were walkable as well. The view was not as great as 1-2 of the pictures may have looked like, but could still see the ocean a bit.

The house is perfect as a vacation rental as it is walking distance to many places worth seeing. Crescent Bay beach is a great body surfing spot. Shaw's cove is a favorite place for diving. I like restaurants and art galleries being close by. There is a grocery store a few blocks away plus a nice all American food shop just up the street. One can also walk to Heisler Park and have a perfect setting for a barbecue. More places to eat like Pizza! I also like John Wayne Airport (SNA) being close by.

We're happy Guests can visit enjoy the surround sound, the lighting, the ambiance of the home. The house has beautiful fixtures and all new modern appliances, the colors are lite and calming. The furniture in the living area is a dark chocolate brown which creates a nice contrast. The 10 foot granite bar sets the mood to have a good time! The patio is enclosed which creates privacy. The house has double pane windows, sound board in the walls to prevent outside sounds from entering. The lighting is beautiful within the home.
