This property is walking distance to the beach, shopping district, entertainment district, 100+ restaurants, numerous coffee shops, ice cream parlors, art galleries, Pageant of the Masters and world famous art festivals, museums, etc., etc. The nearby Rivian Theater hosts free movies and community gatherings throughout the year. Very nearby are the community swimming pool, tennis courts and jogging track. The nearest beach has a playground, basketball courts, volleyball courts and tide pools. The property is in a quiet area and is private, yet conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the main downtown area. Many other beautiful beaches are steps away. I have yet to upload the new picture(s) as the unit has been occupied since the couch was replaced.

The additional sleeping area is the living area, which has a queen sized sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. There is a 58-inch Smart TV in the living room area that can also be viewed from the dining area. There is a maximum of 4 overnight occupants including all people and pets. Please comply as we do enforce the occupancy limit. No gatherings of more than 6 people. As a courtesy to all guests on site, any pets must be approved to make sure a safe and quieter environment is provided. Please send a note prior to booking with the age, breed and weight of the requested pet(s). While we love dogs, constant barkers are discouraged and we request that the pet not be left alone for an extended period of time. We also request that all dogs be walked off-site for potty purposes. There are many spots very nearby. The unit is located within walking distance to the best restaurants, beaches, shopping, festivals, art galleries, museums and activities that Laguna Beach offers yet it is in a quieter location. As a courtesy to all the owner limits occupancy to ensure that all guests and neighbors will have a quiet, peaceful and wonderful stay. No Vaping, Smoking or drug use is allowed on the property.

This property has been owned by the same owners since 1996. Considerable effort is made to maintain it in excellent condition. The views are unmatched for the village area as typically one needs to go high up into the hills to get such a fantastic view. This property with its unique location offers the best of up-close ocean views and sunsets while having a walk everywhere location. This is not easily found in Laguna Beach and why the property is so highly valued.

This unit is in a back house on the property and is 1 of 3 units. Each unit is set up to maximize the privacy of each unit and occupants. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 6 am. Two (2) Washer/Drying Machines are provided for your use, free of charge. Machines are easily accessible and shared amongst 3 units.

For guests traveling with pets, prior to booking, they must be approved. Please send breed type, weight and age. We also request that they not be left alone for extended periods of time, are not constant barkers and are walked off site for potty break. Children must be a minimum of 3 years of age.
