An ancient house on the very shore of the sea, which history starts from the 16th century, was originally the part of the palace and was built at the same time as the palaces of the noble Montenegrin families: Dabinović-Kokot, Tripković, Ivanović, Radoničić, Milošević and others. The villa is located in the quietest and sunniest part of Dobrota, surrounded by luxury old houses and palaces. At your disposal is a local family restaurant in Mediterranean style with a 40-years history, with cuisine from one of the best chefs in Montenegro. Situated in the first sea line, with a beautiful view to the wide part of the bay, the villa has its own large stone-paved pier with sun loungers, parasols and a convenient entrance to the water for swimming. If required, it is possible to moor a boat or yacht.
Along the promenade with numerous cafes and restaurants, you can walk to the very Old Town of Kotor. This will give you pleasant emotions and gain many new impressions at any time of the year. Dobrota has the entire necessary infrastructure: shops, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy, a health centre. A shopping center is located a few kilometers away in Kotor. The two-storey villa consists of 3 large double bedrooms, spacious living room and a kitchen. Each bedroom has smart TV, climate control and bathroom with underfloor heating. The accommodation capacity of the villa is 6 guests. There is a huge 80m2 stone terrace behind the building, with an amazing view of the sea and mountains, which contains sun loungers, a dining table, and a wooden awning that will protect you from rain or sun. The house is located 5m from the sea. There are three parking spaces available for guests. The villa has just been renovated and decorated in the traditional old Boka (Kotor) style with modern appliances, free Wi-Fi internet, climate control, refrigerator, washer and dryer, kitchenware etc.

An amazing property, rooms were fantastic, right on the water! Budo was awesome and was available to assist us throughout our stay. Take advantage of having dinner at his restaurant! We highly recommend this property!

Great stay
House is is great location on the Bay of Kotor with just a road between house and the sea. The house has three good size bedrooms and a kitchen/ small living room with an outside terrace at the back with access to the shared waterfront dock with Budo's restaurant on the ground floor (only does private meals - not open to public). The house has been done up beautifully and was clean and tidy with lovely sheets and towels.
Budo was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with and answered all questions promptly and gave us good advice as to where to go. He also saved us hours at the border by telling us a back route which was fantastic!
The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, etc. Just a couple of things to note - the downstairs bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze, there are only two chairs in the living room (but we were outside most of the time) and the upstairs bed was a bit hard for me.
The Bay of Kotor is beautiful but busy...... Budo warned us about the traffic but was not expecting it to be as bad as it was and there were constant boats, cars etc at the beginning of the week but luckily it quietened down considerably as the week went on and September started.
Montengro is absolutely beautiful once you get away from the busy tourist areas and sitting on the dock as the sun was setting is absolutely magical.

Beautiful
Hands down the most beautiful property we have ever stayed. The property is from 1510 but is updated with all of the amenities. It has a private dock and the owner has an amazing restaurant on the first floor. A favorite among my kids as well as for my husband and myself.
