Wake up to beautiful Gulf front views in this professionally decorated 7th floor oasis and enjoy everything Navarre has to offer from the perfect location at The Pearl of Navarre Beach.

From the moment you arrive in unit 701 at The Pearl of Navarre you will experience amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from the floor to ceiling windows spread across the back living area. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit offers Gulf views from almost every room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook up a large family meal or a quick breakfast before heading to the beach for the day.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in your party with a large flat screen TV for movie nights or watching your favorite sporting event. Enjoy immediate access to the roomy wrap-around balcony that offers unobstructed views to the south and a great view of the pier to the east.

The master bedroom boasts the same floor to ceiling windows as the living room and Gulf views that can be seen from the king size bed. The master bathroom has a large stand-alone shower and deep jetted tub with two separate vanity areas for plenty of room to get ready for an evening out or an evening in of pampering.

The first guest room offers a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with its own private balcony looking north for a calming view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The second guest room also offers two full beds with close access to the hall bathroom. Both rooms are very comfortable and have flat screen TV's so everyone in your party has their own private getaway.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

Everything was perfect regarding location, view, amenities, etc. The only downside was the cleanliness of the rugs, pillows and couches. Otherwise, our vacation was excellent!

What a great vacation my family and I had! Condo was well equipped with anything we needed, beds were comfy and smelt fresh! Had amazing views of the beach! We will definitely be booking this one in the future if available!

My only complaint would be that there was on one working elevator which caused some delays on days were vacationers were arriving and leaving. Overall great place to visit and we would stay again!

The condo was excellent if I had to say one thing negative it was about the facility. One of the elevators was down which causes longer check in time, but was repaired within a few days.

Beautiful and comfortable

Beautiful view, very clean, just right to visit with family who live in the Navarre area. The beach is amazing! There are various access codes, very safe, but be prepared to keep them with you, unless your memory is better than ours.

We loved it! Rooms and bathrooms for everyone and absolutely loved the sound of the ocean. We kept the door open in the master bedroom every night. Liked looking at activity on the beach. Will definitely book again if in the area.
