Main 2nd floor level offers spectacular views and open entertainment areas. 2 spacious master bedrooms - one upstairs and one on the 1st floor. 3 full bathrooms with tub and showers. Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Full kitchen on 2nd floor and bar/fridge and office/sitting room on 1st floor allows the family to spread out comfortably. Large attached garage. All new in-ground spa/pool right in your backyard to enjoy the sunsets.

Awesome beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was great, very well stocked with everything you would need for a great stay at the beach. Renee was a very accommodating host. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful

Beautiful place, right across the road beach access. Property owners were very attentive when questions about the pool/spa arose. Daytona and their restaurants are just a short 15-20 minute drive away.

Lovely home in a great location!

Had a great family vacation! Renee has a beautiful home with lots of room for a family of seven…. Loved having a private beach right in front of the house( no one was ever there)… Already booked for next year! Can’t wait 😁

At home!

We felt at “home” and not as though we were staying at a rental. Many small touches, and very quiet beach. Owner was responsive to any questions and the kids loved the pool. Thank you for being one of the best host. We felt like guest!

Second Time Staying Was Wonderful!

Renee is the best! Prompt in replying to all questions and very accomodating. This was our second time staying at this home and it was great!! The location cannot be beat and the room to for all to spread out and have their own privacy! Having the spa pool to relax in and take a break from the heat and beach is so relaxing! We had the best time making memories with family. We will definitely be back for a 3rd time hopefully in the near future!

We loved the house 😊

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for us. We had a group of two couples so the two masters were perfect for us. The kitchen actually had enough dishes, pots & pans so that we could cook. We’ve rented other places that haven’t. The beach right across the street and the pool were great. Renee is a superior host who actually cares about her guests

Felt like Home but with a Great View

This property is amazing with Sunrise views and comfortable beds. We had 6 People that stayed and there was plenty of room. First impression the pool looked smaller than the picture but once we started to use it, it was big enough to enjoy ourselves. Quick walk to the beach and we found lots of Sea Shells. The only issue was the steps when you first enter the property but the older people just went slow. Without the 2nd floor we wouldn't have had the view.

Perfect Beach House Vacay

We enjoyed our stay this past week. The house was clean, had lots and lots of supplies available for our use. We loved the location and easy beach access, the pool was perfect for evening family time, and the house was spacious for our family of 5. We enjoyed playing pool, watching TV, sunrises on the porch/balcony, and had the beach practically to ourselves every day. Renee was very responsive anytime we messaged before and during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed/wanted and we loved being able to do our laundry throughout the week with the awesome washer and dryer. We hope to return for future family get-aways in the near future! Thank you, Renee!

Great Beach Home with the best views and a pool!

Happiness is a week at the beach, and this house has everything you need and the most beautiful views I have ever enjoyed at a rental. Ormond Beach is layed back and close to everything. From the house to the sand is 2 minutes. You have the beach almost to yourself. The house is well appointed, you have access to garage and a wonderful pool. The host Renee was very responsive on a couple of questions. She really thought of everything you might need, including different pillows to provide a great night sleep! If Renee has availability next year, I will definitely book again.

Busy but nice. Not very clean.

The ocean view from the upper level front porch is beautiful. However, A1A (a major highway), separates you from you the beach. The noise of the traffic (day and night) prevents you from hearing the surf. There is not a hot tub. There is a pool/ spa. So you either have a pool or a hot pool. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we were able to cook just about all our meals. The house was not very clean. There was sand in the master shower, some of the floors weren't swept and I had to wash the sheets on the master bed upon arrival because there was tanning lotion (bronzer) all over the sheets. Overall, the house is nice. The two separate living areas would make it great for multiple couples or families.

Very surprised to hear your comments as the housekeeper just left as you came in. The sheets were all changed prior to your arrival and the floors were cleaned. As there have been only rave reviews on cleanliness since I opened my home, your feedback seems like a situation that is different from what all of my other guests reported.

Best Stay To Date!

This property is the best property we have stayed at to date! The proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you might need was perfect. There is more than enough room for the amount of people the property claims to accommodate, and should you have any issues, the property owners contact you within minutes. If you are wondering whether or not this property is as good as the listing sounds, then know that it is and more!

Wonderful place to stay

Ideal location. Spacious house with very practical and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the comfortable, covered upstairs porch and the pool. Beach access is just across the street. We also enjoyed watching the sun and the moon rise over the ocean. We highly recommend this house and intend on staying there again.

Wonderful Quiet Vacation

Out of all the places we've been to for our beach vacations, this one was at the top. We arrived early as the house was being cleaned but that wasn't an issue. House cleaner did a great job, it was spotless once they got done. Lovely house, plenty of room for the family. We didn't use the pool, spent everyday out on the beach. Saw a couple of dolphins, got stung by a jellyfish..LOL. It was nice being able to walk just across the road and pretty much be on your own private beach. We were never closer than 100 yards to anyone the week we were there (June 26th - July 3rd) and there were a few days where it was just us as far as you could see in either direction. The road noise wasn't an issue for us, could easily hear the waves crashing at night while sitting on the balcony. We had a great time here and hope to come back again!

A great vacation!!

My family and I enjoyed the accommodations provided at Renee's lovely beach house in a quiet area on the beach. NO CROWDS!! It is very reasonably priced compared to other places we considered, so we felt it was a great value for the size of the house and all it provided. It is located just across the street from the ocean, making things so easy when we got ready to go to the beach. We had plenty of room for everyone. The office area was big enough to throw a queen size air mattress down and slept two comfortably, it also had two recliners and end tables in that room. along with a small frig for beverages. There is a roll away cot too if you need it. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with everything we needed to prepare the meals we had, as well as a good supply of necessities for the kitchen (paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, seasonings, coffee, etc. Hull's Seafood and Don Peppers Mexican were good places to eat when we didn't want to cook. We enjoyed the front porch area for listening to the waves and just hanging out (might want to put on some bug spray tho as the "no see-ums" liked it out there too!) Oh, and two of the folks in our party spotted a whale the first evening we were there. It breached the water and splashed back down with its tail flipping, just like on TV. They said it was truly a gift to behold. I've been going to the beach my whole life and I've never been lucky enough to see a whale. The cinnamon colored sand at Ormond Beach is a little different than other beaches I've been to, and was hard to wipe off, even hard to wash off!! We went during the week of tropical storm (Hurricane) Elsa but it didn't cause any problems. We spent two quiet days inside due to rain, but we had a good time playing games and enjoying each others company and just relaxing. The comfy seating in the living room was great for watching movies; lots of room for everyone! We enjoyed fireworks all up and down the beach from the porch on July 4. And our own pool in the back yard was a definite plus! We weren't able to do any laundry during the week due to the dryer being out of order, but we made it OK without it as there were plenty of towels to go around. Who wants to do laundry on vacation anyway, right? LOL Renee was very prompt with all our communications. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us for the week of the 4th. I would love to come back again. I think anyone would be happy staying in this beach house.

Ormond Beach House

Decent size oceanfront house with large family/dining areas with direct view/access (50 feet) to ocean. Double exterior doors from above areas leads onto large balcony. Bedrooms and bathrooms nice. Kitchen appliances good shape worked well. Gas grille downstairs in oversized 2 car garage. Nice pool in back. Easy stumbling distance to beach. Lots of nearby local beachfront dining. Very cheap to eat at all of them. Cable & Internet worked well.

Hi! With over 30 years in the automotive industry, living in the US and abroad, I've found my little bit of paradise here in Ormond Beach. And I'm excited to share that with you. Typically, I travel 80% of the time, so I wasn't sure if I could actually stay anywhere for a length of time, but Ormond Beach proved me wrong.

I love waking up to the beach everyday, having coffee on the deck while watching the morning surfers, and being able to take a break from tele-working to walk the beach. The people here are wonderful and there are so many delicious local restaurants that you will enjoy trying different ones out. There is little need for a car here as you can just walk across to the beach and stores deliver. And when the ocean is a bit cool, you can warm up in the spa/pool in the backyard and enjoy the sunset. With living space both upstairs and down, guests have plenty of room to relax in their own areas.
