We absolutely loved this flat. It was in a really nice section of Paris. It was really easy to walk to cafés and restaurants nearby. We also walked to many of the activities we did. We enjoyed having the space for our teenagers to spread out and have their own bed. The hosts were great communicators and even left us with some groceries to get us started. Highly recommend this flat!

My husband, 13 month old baby and I had a great stay. The host was attentive to our request for a pack and play to be added to the spare room. The fridge was stocked with breakfast food. And the large fans for each room helped to cool down the place.

What a wonderful experience from caring and responsive hosts! The location and space in the apartment worked really well for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated having milk, water and treats available. Everything was clean and organized and the heat was appreciated with chilly temperatures. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for hosting!

It was a true pleasure hosting these guests! Everything went perfectly. They respected the house rules and left the apartment in impeccable condition. Communication was very pleasant, easy and smooth throughout their stay. They are truly respectful and thoughtful guests. They will always be welcome in our home, and we highly recommend them to all other Abritel Verbo hosts without hesitation.

Great time in Paris

This property was great for our short trip to Paris. We used the Paris metro system to get around and it was close to many stations. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Paris.

Check in/check out was very easy. The host met us at the property and showed us around the apartment. The property was as advertised. Close to multiple public transit stops. We would definitely stay here again! So many things within walking distance.

Impressive hospitality

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood with lots of places to eat and shop. Alain was generous enough to stock the refrigerator with breakfast goodies and drinks. All of extra amenities are very thoughtful!

Amazing stay

This apartment was in a perfect location! Everything was very easy and fridge stocked with some food was so helpful. It had everything we needed for our family, was extremely walkable, check-in and out process very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Best place in Paris

Excellent accommodations- everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a family of 4. Little details like coffee pods, wine and a few snacks were there when we arrived. Perfect location- quiet street with easy access to everything via metro or easy walk. Local restaurants were good and prices fair.

Paris apartment

We were greeted by the host, who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well situated, just off the Rue Montorgueil, which is lively and full of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. If we returned to Paris, we would definitely stay again.

We spent 3 weeks at Alain's VRBO apartment in April, 2026 and so this review reflects a relatively long-term stay. First off, Alain met us at check-in and was always super responsive to messages on WhatsApp. The small fridge was nicely stocked and the layout of the apartment was as we expected. The apartment is on a side street and so very quiet at night. However, it's only two short blocks away from Bd Poissonnière and Rue Réaumur, which are both lively and full of places to eat. It's also very close to the Sentier metro stop. Maybe this is just a difference between the US and France, but we found the mattress on the primary bed to be very firm and thin. If you're staying for a few nights, it's probably no big deal, but for us it was not ideal. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Christmas Visit

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris! We were able to drop off our luggage and get the keys early so that we could explore the city before check in. It is a small apartment, but the space and storage are so well utilized. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and snacks that were perfect for quick mornings and late nights. Lots of little amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were a nice touch. The location was great! We could easily walk or take the metro everywhere we wanted to be. The hosts quickly responded to messages and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend the apartment!

Great apartment in Paris

First, let me tell you that the host was extremely accommodating and met us outside our apartment at a later check in time which was really appreciated! They also generously stocked the mini fridge with pastries, milk, juice, wine and coffee. It was such a nice surprise for weary travelers! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 considering this is Paris! The a/c units were not great though which was a minor inconvenience in the summer heat. The futon bed is tricky to pull out and so be sure to ask them to show you because we couldn’t figure it out! There are actually only 3 beds (one set of bunk beds and a big bed) and then a sofa & Futon. Pics are a little deceiving but I don’t think that’s intentional just not what we were expecting. A far walk from the Eiffel Tower but an easy Subway ride away. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place

Overall this is a great spot. Alain was fabulous at communicating and very responsive and helpful throughout. The fridge was fully stocked for us which was most appreciated. The location couldn't have been better with a lovely street of cafes and restaurants just two blocks away, and lots of attractions within walking distance. Metro very close by too. The two bedroom flat was good for our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) and the bathroom was a nice size. The check in/check out was easy, with Alain personally meeting us and walking us through. Checkout was easy too. The only potential drawback is if it were super hot, the A/C unit didn't seem to work very well - it may be that we didn't use it correctly, but it didn't cool the place very much. Luckily it cooled down enough at night and the fans that are in the flat worked well. But outside of that - this place was perfect and we'd stay here again!

Fantastic time in Paris!!!

Thank you team for a great stay and fantastic experience exploring Paris for 5 days!! Other than the minor issue with the portable air conditioner setup, the entire process, communications, and especially the property itself (including all of the included and bonus amenities) was fantastic!
