Start your day watching dolphin’s play in the Gulf and end your day viewing incredible sunsets from your balcony as lights twinkle along the coastline from Miramar Beach to Okaloosa Island! This appealing one bedroom two bath unit is located on the eighth floor and has all the comforts of home. The Living room has plush furnishings as well as TV/DVD combo. The fabulously renovated kitchen features stainless appliances and is fully equipped. There is a great bunk area with twin beds for the children. All linens and towels are provided as well as a washer and dryer. Come experience all that Majestic Sun has to offer. You will receive your arrival information via email. Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
