This beautiful beachfront condo has an elegant contemporary feel and all the fine upgrades as well as a breathtaking Gulf view from the fifth-floor balcony. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with upgraded countertops, custom tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, upgraded white cabinetry, and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room includes an upscale design with a creme sofa and chair with ottoman, beautiful tile floors, a fine dining table for four with high back fabric chairs, four wooden bar stools, beautiful crown molding throughout, and access to the Gulf side balcony. The main bedroom has a calm and cool blue and white decor and carpeted floors. The guest bedroom has a bright and fun nautical theme, with two nice double beds, custom bedding, and carpeted floor. Each of the bathrooms has been beautifully renovated to include a tub/shower combo, upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, custom beveled mirrors, upscale lighting, and tile floors. You will be sure to enjoy the TVs and DVD players in both bedrooms as well as the living room. For your convenience, you will also find a stackable washer/dryer in the unit and access to shared outdoor pool, tennis court, gym, and game room!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
