Come home at the end of each sunny day to kick back on the balcony with a view of the shoreline, get a homemade dinner going in the fully appointed kitchen, or simply relax in the company of three TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi & a CD stereo system. BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
