Enjoy The Crystal Villas B08 in beautiful Destin. This 1 bedroom, 1. 5 bath unit located on the 2nd floor, offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has 1 King, 2 Bunk Beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed and sleeps 6. With 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This eclectically style unit is painted in bright, sunny shades of yellow. Amenities include washer and dryer, internet access, and a private balcony. NOTE: This property does not have an elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful stay. As long as the place isn’t reserved when we come back to the beach we will stay every time!!! Loved that it was a private beach wasn’t many people out so I didn’t have to worry abt my children I would relax and let them play.

This was the dirtiest condo I’ve ever rented. The floors were dirty, some dishes were put back in cabinets dirty, and I killed two roaches. We didn’t feel comfortable walking around the condo barefoot. The only good thing was the view.

Great location and has everything you need!

Checking in and out was seamless as could be. You can’t beat the ocean views and location. We love having a set of chairs with umbrella included with the rental and ready for us each day at the beach. Has everything you need for the week when vacationing and no issues having groceries delivered here or Ubers picking you up here. Love staying at Crystal Villas through Vacasa! Thank you!

Spend the extra money on a nice rental and save yourself the disappointment. Frist off we arrived an hour early and asked if we could check in. We were told they needed until 4pm to clean. Not one person was in or out of the room as we parked right in front of it. Once 4 o'clock rolled around our door code didnt work. The place is very rundown. Had to put sheets over the worn out couches to sit on them. Every shower we took the tub was filling up and slow draining. Some mold was noticed around the bathtub. The only positive is it's on the beach

Nice… but

This was a nice place to stay, however, if you arrive early, be prepared to not even be allowed a 30 minute early check in, and poor communication between people. Was told there would be somewhere to store luggage until check in, and there was not. Also, the people above us were extremely loud. You could hear all hours of the night, the balcony door slamming shut and small children stomping all hours.

The view and beach were perfect. The condo was okay. As to be expected from the previous reviews I read but needs updating badly. There was mold around all of the air vents and a big mold spot on the shower ceiling and behind the wallpaper peeling off. Bed had stains and couches need to be replaced. The shower curtain was nasty on the bottom. The fan in the bedroom works poorly. It was extremely warm in there. The bedroom carpet left a residue on your feet. But If updated properly. It would be 10/10!

Our stay.

Easy check-in, that was nice. Pool wasn’t heated, or lit up any of the nights. ice cold. Took us 4-5 rounds of continuous sweeping to get up the insane amount of dog hair in the condo. It was pretty filthy. We were charged a high cleaning fee for a condo that was covered in dog hair. Used toilet paper rolls on the bedroom floor upon arrival too. I contacted VRBO about this and they didn’t offer any solution or partial refund. The bath tub, would run out of hot water within 3-4 minutes… let down. Great view, decent location. comfortable bed but the condo was not clean.

Stay at crystal villas

The place needs updated. New paint, take off the peeling wallpaper, the nasty carpet smelled moldy. Need to upgrade some of the pots and pans as everyone of them seem to stick. And the noise level from the other floors were horrible. All you could hear was people walking or sounding like stomping. Our neighbors for first two nights were so loud and they kept us awake til after one in the morning. I was miserable. The good thing about it was the view and your private beach access. My husband said he would stay again but if would take a lot to get me there again. Mainly cause of the noise from neighbors. It’s like it was no respect for others or no quiet time set in place

Nice beach view home but….

It has a great view and it could have been a 4.5-5 stars if there were no annoying things following. First, the provided room key code did not work. I had to call and try multiple codes to be able to get in the house. Also, the beach access gate code entry is broken. You can only punch the code from the inside. House cleaning is doing a great job however, the toilets needs updated and watch out for the slippery floor. My son fell 3 times hard in day 1. Also, make sure to look for the wristbands in the house which are needed for the pool. I came here for the beach, not the pool so was not aware of the wristbands and they didn’t mention about these anywhere. When we left, they charged us $150 for the lost wristbands. It is ridiculous and i am still fighting for this. But just something to watch out. I gave 3 stars for the view and cleaning team effort. This is first time i rent through Vacasa but i don’t think i will in the future.
