I loved how open the room was. The balcony and views were amazing! Plenty of sitting places in the living room. We will be back. The only thing that was inconvenient was the elevator not working and the pool being closed the last day.

The only issue we have ever had staying at Ocean Ritz was back in 2012, a fridge went out and we lost all our food and was told we would be reimbursed but never was. Other then that, we are never disappointed.

Great Place & Location

Very spacious and all around great vacation spot. The balcony is huge and we enjoyed it very much. Can't wait to visit again!

Fun for a big group, but has it's flaws.

This property is definitely one of the largest beach-front condos we have stayed in.

The Ocean Ritz property did not match the listing description by any means. Condo has been partied in hard and barely maintained. Very beat up. Fixtures, Floors, beds, appliances, cookware, and misc items broken all over the condo. None of the condo photos matched the current condition. Condo was very dirty to a point that our feet bottoms were black just from walking around inside. Outside balcony was very dirty as well. All the air vents, baseboards, and various furniture were covered in solid layers of dust that were being blown out into the condo. Furniture has been replaced over time since photos were taken. Beyond the condo the entire ocean ritz property is very dirty itself. I contacted property management as soon as I arrived to report the condition of the condo and never received a response from multiple emails. On the upside the space in the condo was accommodating and ocean view was nice.This property needs to be taken off the market deep cleaned and maintenance items gone through before renting again by anyone. As we all know money has to be made by these folks. For a 325 cleaning fee I was charged I would expect more.

Great location, comfortable place, best deck on PCB.

We loved our stay. The condo was in a great location and it accommodated our entire family so well. The best features of this unit was two oceanfront master suites; every bedroom has a private bathroom, and the deck is HUGE and was where we spent so much of our time.

Enjoyable stay

The hotel was nice only one elevator is currently working and causing longer than normal waiting to auctually get to your room but everything else was nice and clean and an overall good experience.

A Little Piece of Heaven!

Four best friends spent a week in this beautiful condo and we hope to be back next year! The beach is gorgeous, and we enjoyed the sunsets every night from our balcony. There are lots of spots to shop and have dinner on the beach front!

Great place - great location!

Unit was as sold in the property details. Extremely spacious and comfortable for our group of nine. Place was clean and had an incredibly large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Family Vaca

Was worried about Ocean Ritz I never stayed here, but we loved every minute of this vacation! the patio was amazing we spent most of our time out there. Rooms was spacious clean was nice up to date, Walking distance to shops, restaurants. the parking was a little scary if you drove a van or XL truck or Suv but over all a GREAT PLAC

We had a great experience. Only complaints were tight parking garage and slow/hot/stinky elevators. The beach service chairs took up so much room on the beach which crowded guests who weren’t using them out or required 6am wake up time to set up tent close enough to condo but still on water.

Our family loved this location. The pool, hot tub, and beach were perfect! The living area and dining area were comfortable. TVs in every bedroom and the amount of bathroom towels and linens were appreciated. One of the king mattresses and the queen mattress were not comfortable. The king especially needs replaced as it killed our backs. The place has an amazing balcony but the furniture needs replaced asap. Many of the pieces are not safe to sit on. The kitchen, while not a cooks dream, had most of what we needed. Parking was not a problem during our stay. If not a skilled driver, garage is a little scary to get in and out of. One of the ceiling fans in the bedroom was about to literally fall down, but maintenance came almost immediately and fixed it. Location is great with Walmart close by, ice cream store across street, and other restaurants and stores within walking distance. Elevators are very fast too!

The place was great,plenty of room for a big family,beautiful view of the beach and huge balcony ,and the hot water was amazing!!! We washed clothes as well showered mainly at the same time and had no issues running out of hot water!!! The only issue I had ,it was not asClean as we would have liked !! Upon arriving and getting settled in ..there was lots of sand on the floor and rugs and we found a child underwear underneath the bed in plain view sight !! How the cleaning staff missed it I don’t know? I’m not trying to be negative but for the amount of money we as customers have to pay for the cleaning fee ,I shouldn’t have to clean as soon as I get there!! But on a lighter note the tv in the kids bedroom did mess up and they replaced it the same day so that was awesome !! And I had someone park in my spot one day when I went to town … I called the office to report it and they were gonna call to get it towed ,which I thought was great cause I was just about to call myself to have it towed!! I’m not paying for a parking spot to have some stranger park there!! Funny thing is I was looking around for security which I was told by the office they are on each floor in The parking garage ,and as I was getting on the elevator a guy had over heard me talking to my daughter on the phone , he had said no one was gonna come to remove them !! I said I will have someone tow it even if I have to stand here and wait !! I think he knew that person cause it was gone less than 5 minutes!

Ocean Ritz - July 2024

We enjoyed our stay! Condo is very spacious and comfortable. We had a bit of a cleanliness issue at the beginning. Cleaners were sent in pretty quickly and took care of it. Overall, it was a great week!

Location is close to everything and the property is ok on most things. Items to be aware of: the bathroom light in the first bedroom on the left flashes while you have the vent on - the mattresses in the bunks are dated and not very comfortable - the shower in the same room has either very hot water or almost no pressure when you try to blend it with cold water for a warm shower. It’s a great place for a large group, but maintenance should give the condo a deep look over and ensure everything is working properly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Size was great Overall the stay was fine however the beds were to be desired. They need to be replaced, Lumpy beyond!Great size balcony, great view but no table for diningThe balcony chairs were not comfortable.

Vacation 2023

Had a great time. It was very nice. The only problem was one of the bathroom tubs had a problem draining. But that is a easy fix. Loved having 4 bathrooms with all the teenagers. Personally I loved the big balcony. The adults spent a lot of time out there. Would go back again.

Great Family Vacay

Condo was just as described and nice and clean. Loved having four bathrooms for our crowd of 10. Great balcony to enjoy coffee and the view. The room with the bunks are more for kids as they are a little small. Parking would be the only negative. The parking garage on Saturday when everyone else is getting there and figure things out is very chaotic. It is very tight if you have a truck and if you have another vehicle they go across the road if there is a space available. Overall great place to stay!!

Very good

We I enjoyed our stay. We loved the location we have stayed here before and will be back. The kitchen is really small but that’s ok. We would have liked to have had more kitchen towels and wash clothes. One of each is horrible. That is something that really needs to be corrected. Also more towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Had to wash them too often. Other than that everything was perfect. The price was good for being right on the beach.

Property was good. Property manager for unit was bad.(Emerald Coast)When we arrived their was broken lamp. Had to report it 3 times before corrected.On site was very good they kept every clean. Enjoyed the gas grills as I like to grill a lot of foods.

Check in was a breeze and the view was wonderful! There is only one available parking space in the condo parking garage (Make sure to drive nothing bigger than a crossover; parking is TIGHT!) The over flow parking holds about 12 vehicles. Nearby city parking is the next street over and is 12 per day. Good location, plenty of restaurants and only 2 blocks from Walmart. There were no large pots, skillets or sheet pans but we brought those with us. Plenty of utensils plates etc. This is an older condo so it had some dings; furniture was mostly new, beds were clean. The ceiling fans, return vent and washing machine are in need of a good cleaning but everything else was decently clean minus a little dust. We had a great time and would definitely go back; you can’t beat the price for a 4 br condo!
