Beaver Beach at Lake Anna

The cabin has been updated and is ready for guests! Enjoy cooking in our large, gourmet kitchen or grill some steaks out on the deck. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. The bedrooms upstairs are very cozy due to the A Frame of the roof but really, why stay inside when you have such a beautiful waterfront spot? If you do stay inside, you'll have magnificent water views from the large wall of windows.

This family-friendly, A-Frame style cabin is small but a perfect spot on the lake. The property is approximately 2 acres and has many outdoor activities available: jump from the dock into the quiet cove, take the paddleboards, canoe or kayaks out for exploring, play a game of hoops, enjoy the serenity of "Beaver Beach," roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit, play in the big yard, fish from the dock or shoreline, and many more fun activities await you. Beaver Beach is on the west side of the property and has a very shallow shoreline with a smaller cove, perfect for children. If you're lucky, you'll catch a glimpse of our resident beaver in the early morning hours.

Beaver Beach is located on the public side of Lake Anna so if you bring a boat, you will have water access to restaurants, the state park, The Tap House and local marinas.

As always, fabulous! This was our third time back to the best lot on all of Lake Anna. The house is perfect and clean. The kitchen is well stocked (Iā€™m even going to buy myself one of the pans because it was so nice!). We enjoyed the dock, the fire pit, the kayaks, standup paddle boards, floats, etc. This is the best Lake Anna home for relaxation and privacy.

Amazing Stay in at Beaver Beach!

Oh my goodness, where do I begin? We had never had a family lake vacation and this property had everything we could have possibly asked for. We swam, fished, roasted marshmallows, played games, kayaked and simply slowed life down for the week. My husband and I especially loved sitting at Beaver Beach where there seemed to always be a gentle breeze and shade even on the hottest of days. I would recommend bringing water shoes as the terrain in the water was very rocky but this definitely did not deter us from an enjoying stay. Thank you Tina for making our Summer Vacation so wonderful!!

Absolutely wonderful!

We had the most relaxing and fun week at Beaver Beach! Our girls (ages 7 and 10) loved paddle boarding, jumping from the dock, playing in the sandy area, and all the games available! The home is sweet, updated, clean and stocked with everything you need! Not to mention the house has some of the best views of the lake! We will be coming back!!!! I cannot recommend enough!

We had such a wonderful time. The lake house is to die for. The kitchen is a cooks dream. Beautifully designed along with the comfy couch and chaise. The boat house is our favorite. Amazing Place

We have a house full of teens who always seem to want to be either playing video games or be on their phone. NOT HERE!!! We all had a blast as a family. We were outside from sunup until at least 10pm every day. The property is private and has everything you need to have an incredible family vacation. The only two things we would change if we could would be the ability to use one of the boats vs. renting and additional bedrooms so we could bring our adult children as well.

Beautiful Property

We loved staying at this Lake house. It has a little bit of everything. We didn't want to go anywhere while we stayed! Owners are very thoughtful when it comes to their guests, items were there if you forgot anything. Kitchen had everyting you would need! Very clean, perfect vacation spot, definitely will be coming back! Absolutely one of the best places we've rented for vacation!

Great Place!

The property is just beautiful! Host was readily available to answer all questions. House had so many amenities. Paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, floats, life vests.. The only thing we wished for was more to do in town. We had to drive 45 min to Fredericksburg for things to do on a rainy day. Other than that could not have asked for a better rental and host!

When I say that I cannot think of a single complaint about this place, I'm serious! It is heaven here. This was our second stay and I didn't think it could get any better, but it did. We spent so much quality time in the new boat house. It made our visit so comfortable and enjoyable. These owners have literally thought of everything possible to make it a wonderful stay for you!

Incredible property!

Have to concur with all of the other reviews, this place is fantastic. The property is incredible! The boat dock, water toys, and beaver beach kept my kids busy for hours on end. The location on the lake is great as well. The house itself had everything you needed. The WIFI was great, and far better than any other Lake Anna house I've stayed at. The upstairs rooms are indeed very tight, but worked fine for my kids. The only two minor complaints I have are the back door to the deck clearly needs to be replaced. The handle is broken and the locking mechanism needs to be replaced, and the door isn't properly sealed. Also, you can hear every movement from the upstairs bedrooms in the rooms below. So be aware if you have noisy/jumpy kids in the morning.

Amazing property!

Our kids and grandkids gathered at this magical property for our annual family vacation. Everyone agreed it was our best vacation ever! The house is beautifully laid out, extremely clean and so well stocked. This isnā€™t just any rental, it is a home that is well loved and cared for. The grandkids (and adults) were in the water or on the many choices of water toys from sunup to sundown. Paddle boat, paddle boards, kayaks and a huge floating unicorn kept everyone entertained and happy. The boathouse is amazing and a wonderful place to watch the kids play and enjoy some early morning and late evening peace. We rented a pontoon boat at Dukeā€™s Marina for a day. We played wiffle ball in the shaded backyard in the afternoon, made sā€™mores in the evening and played guitar around the fire. Lifetime memories were made by all. We canā€™t wait to return to this magical place on lovely Lake Anna. Thank you for sharing your special place with us!

Wow! The boat house!

We stayed for just 6 days but wished for more. The property just added a boat house with room to hang out on the dock - and we did! The fire pit was also awesome to sit around and talk. While we didn't have children with us, it'd be a great house if you have little ones.

Fantastic Stay!

This was our third summer staying at this wonderful Lake Anna property, and it never disappoints. The owners clearly have put so much thought into this home, that you could really arrive with clothing and some food and not need anything for the entirety of your stay. Theyā€™ve truly thought of everything to make their guestsā€™ stays comfortable, and if there is an issue, questions are answered fast so you can get right back to enjoying your stay. Everything you could want

The house was well equipped with starter items to save a trip the store immediately. Well stocked kitchen. New boathouse is a dream and a great space for relaxing and entertaining. Plenty of water fun (kayaks, peddle boat, paddle boards, lawn games, a beach for young onesā€¦) This place really does have it all! Owners are very responsive and house was clean. Great outdoor dining options and amazing lake views.

We fell in love with this place the moment we pulled into the driveway. Can you say, Love at first site?

We bought the lake house from the original owners who built the home in the late 70ā€™s. It appeared to have not been loved much in its latter years and was desperately needing someone to overlook its flaws and bring some love back into the place. Without any hesitation we were all in on renovating and bring the cabin back to its glory. Now that the renovations are complete, Beaver Beach has become a destination for fun and relaxation.

The property is located on a 2+ acre lot with over 800' of shoreline with 2 very unique waterfront sitting areas: a boathouse with 2 docks and then our favorite place, Beaver Beach. Beaver Beach is a very secluded setting that offers both sun and shade and shallow water. Perfect spot for total relaxation. There are multiple seating areas, including a table for outside dining and adirondack chairs.
