Nestled in Kure Beach, this beautiful single-family home is just about 200 feet from private beach access. Recently updated, it features new flooring, granite countertops, ceramic tiles, and stainless steel appliances. K & E By The Sea boasts four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms feature queen beds, and the fourth bedroom includes two twin beds. A spacious wrap-around deck on the second level offers plenty of space to unwind and relax after a day at the beach. Enjoying dinners on the deck with ocean views, followed by storytelling in the rocking chairs, is a common pleasure. The neighborhood ensures peaceful nights and even more stunning ocean views from the third-story deck. With private beach access just a short walk away, and proximity to restaurants, shops, and the Kure Beach pier, we trust you'll cherish our property year-round.

My family and I adored this place. It was so close to the beach and had a lot of space and brightness in the house. The private beach access with the parking pass was perfect for my disabled mother.

Long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this propertyā€¦ The location was excellent and the local amenities were also good while not being overwhelmingly busy. Our experience with the property owner was excellent and we would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future thank you!

Nice vacation home. Very clean. Barbara Bass was a very good host. The beach was very peaceful. The process of checking in and out was flawless. The kitchen and dining room was spacious. The WiFi had strong signals for my family devices. All of the rooms were very nice.

Great Location and Wonderful Host

The house is nice and open, plenty of parking and in a quite neighborhood right by the beach. The Host and co-Host was great and very accommodating. Highly recommend! We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We only stayed for a day, but they let us check in earlier and out a little later. Was definitely a relaxing and spacious house. We all loved the outdoor patios.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

This house is so open and light - we loved it! The separation of the bedrooms was perfect for our family and gave us privacy and also a big space to all gather. Close to the beach access and we were very luck to have beautiful weather all week. Would highly recommend!

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the house. We had plenty of space for everyone to relax and rest. We also loved being able to take a quick walk across the street and be at the beach. The house had many things to make our stay convenient and comfortable. From the well equipped kitchen to the beach chairs and toys, we had what we needed. A highlight for us was the 7 rocking chairs on the porch. We spent loads of time out there in the early mornings and evenings. Thanks for a great weekend!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Great location, short walk to private beach and lots of conveniences (restaurants, food shopping, aquarium, etc). Home is well equipped with beach chairs, kids beach toys, bicycles, boogie boards, grill, ping pong, outdoor shower, etc. Each of the 4 bedrooms have there own on suite bathroom. Loved our stay!

Great location

This was our first stay in Kure beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was in a great location. Short walk to a private beach which was awesome! Short drive or bike ride to both Carolina beach pier and Kure beach pier. The house was roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Perfect

The house was the perfect location. Loved the private access for the beach and how close it was. Was able to see the ocean from the house. It was very relaxing. House fit my Brady bunch perfectly. The only thing was the grill was old and didnā€™t work so we werenā€™t able to grill out like we wanted to, other than that everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this Kure Beach property. The host reached out several times to ensure we had everything we needed. Beach access was a short walk, very easy to a less crowded part of the beach. Very close to things in both Kure and Carolina Beach. The house itself fit our families well and had everything we needed!

Great Team, Good House

Overall nice. Only issues are crossing busy road to beach and the unit felt a little "tired", could use an update at this price point. But nice layout, location, private beach access and good service made up for it.

Wonderful Kure Beach getaway

My family and I, 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and 2 grandchildren stayed at this house for 6 days. We had the best time!!! Easy access to the private beach area, beautiful house and everything was perfect of us!!! We had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again. Communication was great, everything was laid out clearly and the house is just a perfect place for the eight of us!!! Did not want to leave!!! Memorable times!!!

Comfortable place to enjoy the beach

Overall we had a nice stay. The house layout is great for multiple couples and kids. Warm water in the outdoor shower a plus. The wrap around deck and crows nest for ocean views are very nice. Kure beach is lovely and very close walk. Though the HOA access has lots of steps so if you arenā€™t good with stairs or have a wagon full of beach stuff itā€™s not ideal. There are only 6 outside dining chairs and front rocking chairs, though the house sleeps 8. Some areas of the house are updated, some need a little tlc. Upstairs carpet is coming up. The kitchen was missing some key things or some of the small appliances could use replacement (toaster, blender, measuring cups). The grill also has some serious age on it, was left with very little gas and lacks some essential grill tools. It didnā€™t have any extra touches that you look for for a 4/5 star review.

Great location in a fantastic home!

We loved being so close to the beach in a home that was spacious and had all we needed for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked for all of our cooking needs. The outdoor shower was convenient and located in a perfect spot. Would love to stay at this home in the future.

Lovely place to vacation!

Barbara and Todd were both very helpful and responsive with all questions and concerns.

Great management and the location was great as well. We only used the private access one day because we had family with a house on the beach, but the private beach access is very close and a huge benefit to this rental.

Great place on Kure Beach

We had a great time and I would highly recommend this property! We had 4 generations staying under one roof, and it was a great set-up for us. The house is fresh and airy, and we loved the extensive porch. A major plus is the nearby private beach access which is a short walk. Barbara, the property manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and help us make the most of our stay. The location was also surprisingly convenient to restaurants and shops. Thank you so much for a great Kure Beach vacation!

Our stay here was great. The check in process was very smooth. The house met all our needs - it was clean and spacious for our group. The location one block to the beach was just perfect for us. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

Friends getaway

Our group included 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. The house was perfect size for us. The distance to the beach is perfect and easy. We had one issue and it was quickly addressed . The outdoor shower, beach chairs and beach toys were a great bonus. The grill and outdoor decks allowed us the convenience of feeding family at home rather than going out for every meal. A lot of thought put into to making stay comfortable and it showed . Overall a very enjoyable stay.
