4.5 stars! Beautiful property that is exceptionally clean, a well stocked kitchen for cooking needs and pet friendly! We loved bringing our small dog and relaxing in the hot tub and nature filled outdoor space. We would have rated five stars but unfortunately the fire pit was out of propane and the grill needed to be updated for an even cook. Thankfully the Blackstone was available! Overall a wonderful stay!

Host as great and kept in touch with us as needed. The home was very clean, spacious and provided for all of our families needed. The hot tub was a lot of fun also. We would certainly return to this property.

Beautiful property, we loved the outdoor space and hot tub plus having 6 deer visit while we were sitting outside Saturday at dusk. We hope to return in the winter to ski.

Everything about the house was great. Hot tub and ping pong table were wonderful additions. House and furniture were in good shape and kitchen had everything we needed. House is located within a short drive from Water Park, Outdoor Adventure Park, Petting Zoo, and Shopping area. 100% recommended and will be the first place we try to book on our next trip.

The owners are great to work with. They were responsive, accommodating, and kind. The home was beautiful, well stocked, exceptionally clean, and matched the details of the listing perfectly. If we return, this will be the home we stay in.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home situated in the woods. We spent most of our down time on the back deck (3 levels) with our friends chatting, using the hot tub and watching the wildlife. There were families of deer and pileated woodpeckers and even a hummingbird came to visit! Close to supermarket, liquor stores and many good local restaurants (Hanks BBQ, Romanos, 33 burger in Elkton and Thirsty’s Burger. Hiked the Manassutten Ridge trail and went to Grand Caverns for a tour (a must see!). Beds were all comfortable and everything was perfect! Thank you for a great vacation!

Great Cozy Mountain stay

Beautiful home in a lovely mountain town, had great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, cooked great meals on the grill and flat top blackstone. Near many attractions and activities, was perfect for our family of 7 adults to enjoy great hikes and in Shenandoah and other nearby activities. Highly recommended rental home.

Great stay near Massanutten Ski Resort

We booked a last minute very short ski trip and loved our stay. The house had everything you’d need if you wanted to stay in and was in the perfect area to get to ski slopes, indoor water park and other activities. We would definitely come back!

End of Summer Getaway

My family stayed at the property over Labor Day Weekend. The property was a great location to visit Natural Bridge, Luray Caverns, and Shenandoah NP. The house suited our needs, had a well-stocked kitchen, and we enjoyed the extensive deck and hot tub.

Host was welcoming, and responsive about issues, even though they couldn’t be resolved during our stay. Could have used a sheet pan or 2 in the kitchen. Overall, and great place to stay though, and would definitely return.

Great weekend escape, immaculate

Home was immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival. Kitchen is one of the best outfitted we’ve seen in many trips. Deck and hot tub are wonderful, the two tables for dining (indoor and outdoor) are amazing!

Overall great place to stay

The property manager was on top of things, brought us gas for the fire pit as soon as I let them know it was empty. Tons of space and things to do to keep the whole family busy. Will definitely be returning

Everything we needed

Cozy Mountain Song has everything that you need and more during your stay! We enjoyed cooking on both the grill and the Blackstone. The location is convenient to the amenities on Massanutten but also other activities throughout the region. Check in and out were easy and instructions were provided throughout our stay. We will be back!

Family Ski Trip

The property was great and we enjoyed some great ski days. We have stayed many places in Massanutten and this was one of our favorites. Communication was great and check in was easy. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

Better than the Pics!

This place was awesome! We loved the layout of the whole property! The deck was beautiful, rooms spacious, everything you ever needed in a home away from home was in the property. We were there for a 4 day weekend, we wish it was for a month. We will return again when we can!

Quiet Getaway

Quick & quiet getaway with family to celebrate time together. We had no problem finding the house whatsoever and had everything we needed. The hot tub water was low & needed cleansing but a nice time had by all.
