This unit is located on the fourth (top) floor in building three and sleeps 9 comfortably (King, King, Queen + triple bunk Twins). There is also a pack and play crib in the master bedroom closet.

Why this villa meets all your needs: The elevator and stairs is conveniently located right around the corner from the Villa making arrival and return easy and stress free! Hardwood/tiled floors and granite counter tops throughout the whole villa! The full kitchen allows our guests the freedom to stay in and cook if they wish or there is plenty of amazing local restaurants to try (a list of recommendations are in our welcome book in the villa). Living Room has plenty of seating and a 50” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. Sit on the Private Balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee (that you made on the Flex Brew Coffee Maker- compatible for K-cup or coffee grounds- makes a single serve or full pot!) before heading out to the beach, golf, tennis, bike riding, whatever adventure you choose for the day. This villa also has it’s own washer and dryer! All the extras are there for your use including a cooler, beach wagon, child high chair, beach chairs, and beach toys! You are allowed up to but no more than 3 parking passes for your stay.
Hilton Head Island‘s famous wide stretched beach is just a short 5-10 minute (0.4 mile) walk across the resort’s private boardwalk, along the way you may encounter sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. Don’t forget to stop by Coco's island-themed bar and grill- located on the beach at the end of the boardwalk! (open seasonally).

Hilton Head Resort offers three pools (two outdoor pools open March-November, one indoor pool- open all year), one child's pool, a gift shop, poolside restaurant and deli, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor walking track, free Wi-Fi, bike rental, six lighted tennis courts, and a gated and guarded complex with 24/7 security. At the end of resort private boardwalk is Coco’s where you can find a beach volleyball court and beach front restrooms or take a seat and watch golfers on the signature beach green 10th hole on top rated Robert Trent Jones golf course “ocean course at Palmetto Dunes” (Or even better be the golfer others are watching while golfing at this amazing golf course right next door to our resort!).

Just off the resort is the Chaplin Community Park with protected bike trails, soccer, basketball, playgrounds and much more! Or spend the day shopping at Shelter Cove (less than 1 mile down the road) where you’ll find shopping boutiques, restaurants, Kroger’s and Whole Foods!
