🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the unit; please display in your vehicles at all times. A $50 replacement fee applies if a pass is lost or not returned.

• This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building. The elevator is operated by the building management; availability is not guaranteed, and stairs may be required if it’s unavailable.

• Communal outdoor pool is available to guests.

• This home is pet friendly. One pet is allowed per stay. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
